I think just like when you learn to relax muscles in your body, where one technique is to tense and then release, all the tension and attachment and contraction in life seems to be strangely useful in a way to create a profound sense of release and relief when we realize that spirituality is about letting go of everything, until you can even let go of letting go in the moment and everything is just the same

Yes, the ego is made up in the dream, along with the world we created, but the egoic mind exists and becomes real when we identify with the body as our true identity. We all have to face a world of duality but we are only observers in the dream. The only thing that is real is our true identity which is unconditional Love, one with Source. Once we observe from that state of mind, everything around us will no longer affect us since everything has nothing to do with who we are - whole, complete, and perfect. The true test is to see how you will react to my statement. Do you feel that you have to argue with what you think is right or wrong? As far as I am concerned, we know nothing.

"I am" is a claiming activity produced by the brain (in the dream of things.) In other words, "I" is just a thought. I wrote this is just a thought. Writing happened. In the story it might be said that the activity of billions of cells produced these words.
