I like it when you say “gently “ - it reminds me I’m supposed to be focused and not feeling rushed or rapidly moving (hyper dude, much?). You describe all the movements specifically and it helps a bunch in guiding me.
Wow, I really enjoyed this session and especially the longer shivasana. My husband was watching and commented that he’d like to try it too as it was so gentle, doable and on the floor. Thank you so much for sharing your skills with us. Much a appreciated. Beautiful setting too.

Thank you so much for this beautiful shot and poses Sarah the happy baby was definitely harder on my right leg that got messed up on my old job. I did 3 other short practices too with you as for some reason I developed a bump on the back of my head last night and needed these stretches.
Thank you Sarah! Just found this new video so had to try it - a little challenging for me, especially the "Happy Baby" pose! I love the reclining! I will work on getting better at it - you have taught me to make all the videos my own.

Oh wow, its 3:30am and i did this in bed and almost feel asleep with that last breathing pose. Very relaxing, i will make this my nightly wind down exercise. Thank u Sarah🤗
So glad you are enjoying! If you don’t have a mat you could also use a beach towel, especially if you are doing a practice like this and you’re staying low on your mat!
