I love the Tedeschi Trucks Band, Derek's playing and Susan voice. But I would like to hear Mike Mattison sings more songs, he has a wonderfull soul voice and is a great song writer.
I’ find myself without anybody depending on me since I was 17, and now all I covet is t o see every gig here in the states of the BEST BAND OF MY LIFETIME!!! I don’t need much a tent ⛺️, solar shower 🚿 , tin foil for cooking 🍳 , and enough money 💰 to follow and completely SPOIL MYSELF 😊 I will need one seat 💺 where I can just completely admire every single musician and feel every note 🎶🥁🎸🎶. I’m so grateful that at last I have discovered that my faith in the mankind has been restored 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 and TTB is responsible, music has always been how I enjoy the miracle of each sunrise ,that is when I become overwhelmed by the amazement of life itself 🙏🏻 Music 🎶 is the ONLY WAY I am able to fully realize every emotion I process and it’s so humbling and joyful and melancholy, and it makes me want to move my body breathing in all that’s surrounding me and my best friends 🐾🐾🐾 during our morning hikes, music 🎼 heightens all of my senses so I never miss any of God’s Temple which to me is Nature & wildlife and everything that I find Spiritual I find not in mankind’s structures, but outside with gracious friends, wildlife that somehow survives mankind’s brutal acts, and FANTASTIC MUSIC 🎶 PLAYED BY MUSICIANS WHO APPRECIATES THEIR GIFTS AND SHARE THEM FOR ALL to enjoy,Thanks to everyone 🙏🏻 that make that happen the entire crew that work tirelessly so this incredible Band is able to enlighten our souls 🥰🥰🥰 I wish I had not discovered 2 weeks after playing at Red Rocks one hour from my home NEXT YEAR FRONT ROLE SEATS I MUST HAVE 😂🥰🙏🏻🎶🥁🎼🙏🏻

Could you imagine the music Derek Trucks, one of the best guitarists of all time, could be making if he wasn't sidekicking a fantasy world for a 52 year old front woman trying to be a sexy front woman guitarist? Its really a shame what a malaise Derek's musical career has become a few years after Susan forced herself into his music. Went from being the band leader of the most cutting edge band in the entire world to just being backing to a family band of okay musicians all supporting a woman who needs to feel like she is more important than she is. Such potential for making timeless music lost on a narcissistic woman.
What are you talking about? Ok musicians? Half the band is his! That cutting edge band you speak about? Yeah, they're in this band. And it's not about Susan trying to be sexy. All the songs are written by multiple band members, and ususlly in a collaborative environment. It's a family band that all love each other and love making music together, and everybody contributes beautiful musical parts to the band. That is seriously the dumbest comment I've ever read.
I felt same way when Stevie Nicks came in and messed up Fleetwood Mac. But oh well. ( pun intended) Thanks to Utube we can go back and watch Derick Trucks Band any time we want. And with today's tech we can get more sound on bigger screens. Not so much with Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac.

Got a horn section and combined the bands and have been touring as TTB since. This is truly misogynistic bullshit. And to call Susan as some kind of dabbler is nonsense on stilts. Her stuff from the 90s before she met Derek is fantastic, especially her version of the Junior Wells song Little by Little.
