Hello. My name is Lawrence..My wife and I love your aerial photos..Please bring us update on the progress of the sea walls along Long Beach and Ogden Dunes. We began watching close to 3 years now..And following the beginning of so many home in danger..Watching the different barriers and walls going up has been amazing..You have a few videos beginning overlooking a car park and water walkway extending out on the water. Where in the winter theres a ice angel formed..Then you swing right head flying along the coast for ages..Absolutely beautifully done..Please show the updated look...THANK YOU..Best wishes
Hello again..Btw..We are very curious about the status of the shore where men actually climbed down on ropes with a large wall of black tarp..Amazing..Thank you
All of those houses are at risk and i couldn't be happier now all those people that say they own the beach are backpedaling now and are demanding that the government fixes it and honestly i dont think theres much you can do lake Michigan is a mighty powerful force to go against.
Homeowners insurance does _not_ cover this. There are a lot of people who live along the big lakes (rural areas) who don't have huge houses; many have modest houses or cottages and it's their only home.
The problem is the LSBC and Army Corps mismanaging the outflow from Lake Superior. Outflow into Lake Michigan/Huron is _controlled_ at the Soo Locks and the adjacent 16-gate dam...
Haha. More money than sense is probably appropriate. At theend of the day itll probably be a tax write off or something dodgy. Its not like some poor bugger losing his home, and sleeping on the footpath.

You can't to say or to do nothing against the Nature, but anyway, amazing area to live💙
Thank you for posting
Is there a way you can do an update on all these walls?
If I owned any of those houses, I'd be crapping bricks right now...the water is getting closer.
I never knew that you could get big surf on a lake !
Well u don't have to go far for a bath, ha, 🤪😜😝😛😋😛, Colm 🍀🇨🇮🇨🇮, no stopping the force of mother nature, 🌊🌊🌩️⛈️⛈️🌪️🌪️,
Can you post for everyone at what time houses were washed away? I wasted 3 minutes trying to find that part.
Click bait. It didn't happen.
My goodness that looks strong waves 🌊 some of them houses are at risk

Krass 😮👍
Todas las propiedades sé deben demoler y prohibir la colocación de rocas y planchas metálicas por la simple razón de lo del agua al agua patos.
The reason the seawalls are failing is the underground water table. It's destabilized the land the houses are sitting on.
Lake Michigan called
It wants it’s beaches back
hmmm, on second thought keep your beach, I don't want to come on it anymore. I'll go where there's not so much garbage in the water. thanks anyway.

Esto no es un mar sino un lago ... el lago Michigan.
It,s not so nice living by the lake , huh? Now your living in the lake.
Como le han robado de terreno al mar al tiempo el busca lo q le pertenece

Poor rich people oh well don't build your mansion on the shores of lake Michigan she can be mighty angry

And these are most likely the people who were trying to say that "they owned" the beach.....
You wanna live close to the lake big shot spinders? Then keep stacking them big houses up close to the lake. Geesh!
so sad to see so much damage
They should build underwater houses here, it would probably be safer, and calmer!
Bye bye. It was good while it lasted
