Here I am again torturing myself while looking at all the food you ate ahhh I can't wait to go back! Rome is beautiful even when it rains! When I was there Pasta Imperiale was the best thing, I couldn't believe it was that cheap for a very good quality pasta. I definitely will go and try the ricotta crostata because you always recommend it and I'm sure it's good!
Marie yes!! You are lucky to be going back.. Apparently the ladies at that bakery were offered money in exchange for the recipe and they would not share their secrets, so it is definitely a delicious ricotta crostata ☺️💗 thanks for watching, and your sweet comments!
ladolcelisa : for sure! My brain has put together another trip, just not sure when. And thanks for showing the Old Bear restaurant, it was right across from the hotel. I wish to share 3 places I visited off the usual path: (like a pilgrimage ) 1 The Mouth of Truth for my interest in old films, 2 Il Tempietto di Bramante for the architecture I studied in college 3 Church of Santa Sabina on Avantine Hill for my church in Pasadena that's a replica (St Andrew)
Paula caraballo haha great! I linked in the description my food guide video on what and where to eat in Rome, so hopefully that helps as well 😊💗 Enjoy! September is a nice month to go.. less hot!
Kristine Dofeliz thanks so much! I appreciate that. It’s just the fresh mozzarella di bufala that they sell in the back where they cut the deli meats fresh.
I am headed to Italy in April 2 nights a piece in Rome Naples and and The Vineyards Tuscany! I have a question has eating the amazing food in Italy deterred you from even wanting to eat Italian food where you live?
Richard Hutchins that sounds like a wonderful trip you have planned. It is always so nice having something like that to look forward to ☺️ I actually cook Italian food pretty well, as do certain family members, and where I live in Toronto there are quite a few good Italian restaurants. So it doesn’t deter me, but when I get home from Italy I usually crave different cuisine until I get back into wanting Italian food again hehe.. The main problem is, the ingredients are so fresh in Italy, it’s hard to complete sometimes! ☺️
@@ladolcelisa well you grew up in an Italian family and I'm sure your food is amazing and I'm sure your mother taught you well but from what I C is the tomatoes in Italy are so much better than what we get here in North America
How do you get around from city to city and even within cities while you’re in Italy? I’m planning a trip for this summer and it’ll be our first time there. Planning to go to Venice, Rome and Amalfi coast
That’s lovely! You can fly in a certain city and fly out of another one in the end. Or since Rome is central, fly in and out of Rome. You will be in the North (Venice) and South (Amalfi) so that is a lot of transportation. If you can drive, that is a nice option, or else trains are great as well. I’ve done both and it works out nicely.
tarny11 it is very easy to get around and you can do it all on foot if you are comfortable to walk all day... or else cabs are not too expensive to get from one spot in the center to another. 😊
Here different types of restaurant different so testy food different nice building also turest different country come here

Thank you!! It was just a building, but looked so beautiful, I have no idea of the name. There is literally beauty around every corner 🥰
Going next month and your vlog is really very helpful ❤️❤️ can you share the brand of that mozzarella from carrefour? 😅
Kristine Dofeliz thanks so much! I appreciate that. It’s just the fresh mozzarella di bufala that they sell in the back where they cut the deli meats fresh.

What month is this that it keeps raining? July?
Anna Kitchen this was the end of May, which is usually beautiful weather-wise. Unfortunately it rained.
Good video. Is it easy to get around Rome.
