That is going to vary with how much load you put on it. Fully loaded, mine has been running for about 3 hours and 45 minutes on a tank. If you only have it loaded up a quarter of the way, it will last considerably longer.
Thats fine that works for you, but going that far between oil changes is not good for these units. Even Honda recommends the 100 hour oil change rule, and for these cheaper units I would definitely not push it any further than that.

My 2500w Honda has run for 12 years and I only change the oil when the oil light comes on after about 900ish hours

Any generator that doesn't last a year shouldn't even been on the market. What did you have if you don't mind me asking
It was the small Ryobi inverter generator. I think mine was just a dud from the beginning, i just had a lot of issues with it over the year.
