- Prince George and Princess Charlotte join the Prince and Princess of Wales to witness an epic showdown.
As Novak Djokovic aims to secure his record-equalling eighth Wimbledon title, and our young royal attendees are in for a thrilling experience.
It's a special day for Princess Charlotte, as she makes her Wimbledon debut, while her older brother, Prince George, attended the event for the first time last year.

So she is the Patron not him I didn't quite understand why she not only took the lead, she maintained that lead and so her husband had to fall behind , separating the team to get a word in. I would rather an interchange where both could speak and one gives room for the other but if she is the patron not him, I get it.

Catherine is literally the epitome of class and professionalism. She is always on point and what an example the Wales' are to their children
I love how the children are with their parents learning the art of meeting and greeting. They are not pushed to do or say any more than they are comfortable with. Their ease in these situations will come with time. Just a few answers or comments and you can see they are feeling proud of what they have contributed. No reason to push them into being uncomfortable. Katherine is a very skilled tutor and role model.
Having the children observing how it’s done is such an important teachable moment indeed!!
I saw Charlotte watching Catherine and holding her hands the same way, too cute!!!

What a beautiful family they are! I love how the Prince and Princess of Wales take their children to these events and introduce them, it's a lovely personable touch. Yes, that is the key to the job of the monarchy: to want to meet people and most importantly be genuinely interested in them. George and Charlotte may be kind of shy, but they are learning not to be either afraid nor arrogant in such settings. Charlotte petting the dog was so natural. And what a dog!. The children should turn out beautifully. Kate and William have got their responsibilities both to the people and their children figured out, and have learned to enjoy them, not just grudgingly accept them. Well, the late Queen was the most perfect role model for their public duties they could have had. How could she not have gotten bored stiff pulling open curtains to reveal a plaque commemorating her visit to a shoelace factory or a firehouse for the 5,000th time? Yet, she always seemed pleased that her visit was being commemorated at all. And why? Because the people standing all around her were pleased.

It is lovely to see how the Prince and Princess are gradually introducing their children to public life but in a very relaxed and gentle way. The are not being forced into staged PR stunts. Both are keen tennis fans and it must be a treat for them to accompany their Mum and Dad to the Wimbledon final.

I love the way the Prince & Princess of Wales involves their children so much in whatever they are doing, George and Charlotte are going to be a great asset to the monarchy and I am sure Louis will be the same, they are wonderful parents and are bringing them up to eventually fulfill their heritage! William chose well when looking for a future queen, she compliments him perfectly and will be there for him and his family always. The Middletons must be so proud of her!!

I just can NOT get enough of this family! Catherine is just so gracious and poised, the children are so well behaved and sweet, and Prince William is one lucky man! I’m not his “Mum” but my heart fills with love every time I see the family he has created. She would be bursting with pride, and so proud of her Grandchildren😘

I love this family. They are warm, genuine, caring, and hard working, and such an asset to the monarchy, their families, and to Britain, especially when you realise how many millions they raise for charities. Their three children are gorgeous, so well brought up with great manners, it's clear that the Prince and Princess of Wales are excellent and loving parents.

Her late Majesty was never the Patron of the AELTA, that was the Duke of Kent. The last time the late Queen went to Wimbledon was in 1977 when Virginia Wade won the Ladies Singles title.

I love how the future king stands back while his/the beautiful future queen handles these encounters so beautifully and always with grace. Princess Charlotte and Prince George are wonderful! Their parents are teaching them well and showing them by example how to be gracious, kind, and approachable. This family has been the most approachable and friendly with the public yet. I can only imagine how proud Princess Diana must be. I think she would have loved Catherine for her older son. Prince Philip and the Queen must be looking down with pride as well.
