Blanca Paloma truly didn't have a bad performance of this song throughout the entire preparty season. Although I did prefer how at benidorm she ended the song with a single long note. But whatever she does she's absolutely spellbinding.
I guess because it's how it's sung in the studio version. The single long note is easier to do, you can hear in Esc performance she had to take a breath in between. I guess that's the only slight mistake she made.
@@austejasarkaite1430 Yeah I heard it but it wasn’t much a mistake because it sounded fine still in my opinion. And as long as it didn’t affect her overall performance, its not a mistake (in my opinion.)

The final note was a risk they chose to take because it is far more difficult to perform live than the long-held-note (some of us, who were rooting for this song from the beginning, really wanted to hear the studio note from Blanca Paloma during her live performances). This final note (studio version) was meant to get additional jury votes given its difficulty -even Blanca's team acknowledged how difficult that note was for Blanca Paloma during the studio recording. What some people do not realize is that Blanca Paloma risked it all during the final note as it could have gone very, very wrong -as an example, Alessandra (Norway) with her whistle tone which she failed to deliver correctly more than once during her performances. Blanca demonstrated such high concentration and dominion of her voice on that stage in such a nerve-racking moment during this performance.

This was always going to do poorly at ESC. The public was never going to vote for it outside of Portugal. She is a brilliant singer and performer. However outside of that this song does just sound like noise to the vast majority of the voting public. It's not even a language thing. If it was Finland would have got a poor score. It's not fun, It's not catchy, it's not something you would ever dance to or sing along to. If anything it sounds like she is in pain.
