Hello, yes po. Once you are seated or find your seat, you can feel free to go outside para mag CR or even bumili ng food. And yes every section, may malapit na CR - so you can ask yung mga concert staff or yung mga guards sa venue.
yung van po namin dumating sa Philippine Arena around 3pm so by 4pm nag start na po ako pumila sa loob. I suggest po mag car pool kayo or mag vn service and not do DIY sa transportation kasi mejo malayo talaga yung venue. Are you watching Coldplay po ba?

Yung mga hindi nakapasok ay yung mga concert goers na late na nakarating sa venue due to traffic or late na bumyahe from city to Bulacan. I heard from the last Bruno Mars concert na hindi na nakaabot yung iba kasi mahirap na pumasok and magpark sa venue; at iba na few songs or last song nalang yung naabutan. So bottomline - be early
