In your Overtime Day 7 (about at 1:23:20), you had the problem, that you put the side dish (onion-rings) on the wrong plate, but for the same table. This does not really matter, the customers will move the side-dishes around as they need them. You can also bring them completely separate, in case of timing, meaning for a 2 person table, you can bring bring them first their main dishes, then the side disches afterwards. This means more walking, so you don't want to over do this, but this might save you sometimes, if you need to bring out the food quickly, as it increases the timer again a bit, when you bring anything to their table.
not sure if he'll ever see it but for sides it doesn't matter what plate its on as long as its at the same table so at 1:28:23 Brody was still fine to serve it as is, the table doesn't care.
So I figured out what the decoration theme card does. 9/9 is "Halves meal waiting time, but no delivery phase." So they are more impatient, but you don't have to serve the table at the same time. You could handle each order individually, without thinking of the table. Since they have no delivery phase, when you drop off a plate they will still be in the "meal waiting" phase.

This restaurant has a very strange menu. Carrot soup, fish, crab cakes, oysters, cheese boards, and ice cream, and of course a side of onion rings. Diverse, but strange.

I think one thing this game needs is some sort of creative mode to actually figure out how to test the automation.
