Hello there, are u using this exact model? Cos base of different regions, the software may have slight variations, also this is a really old model it’s best if you refer to the instruction manual
Sorry for the delayed reply, must have missed the notification. Have u found the solutions? As this was a very old model, we have already, the company i worked for had discontinued this and had moved on to the newer, cheaper and better Samsung models
