    Hi Ashley. We're enjoying your channel! Where can we find a similar type of burnishing tool?

      I've been looking for something similar for a long time - the closest I can find is the fid'l stick. www.riverhouseglass.com/products/fidl-stick

    That by far is my favorite one out of the many you did! Absolutely stunning! Where did you get that silver mirror glass?

      Thank you so much! My favorite too. I got the mirror glass from a local shop, but if you Google "spectrum silvercoat" you should be able to find it!

    This is a great video. Do I need to wash after cleaning with Dawn?

      Thanks! You should rinse in water to get the soap residue off.

    Love it! Thank you! Quick question, when you used the ring saw and ground the mirror pieces, that doesn't ruin the back, because you can dry them quickly when you're done? And the reason you spray them before foiling is because there is no way to clean the flux off under the foil when you are done? Great idea, using a magic sponge and Dawn!

      Exactly! The mirror dries quickly after grinding, so no need to worry there. Sealing is important for the exact reason you stated - even if you clean your piece extremely well, there's always a chance for flux to get stuck under the foil and that would eat away at the mirror backing.

    Can you let me know the brand of pen you are using. Think that would be a life saver for me.

      It's the sharpie gold oil based metallic paint marker! It's the best marker!

    How do you cut the circles?

    • @SamanthaAshleyGlass
      @SamanthaAshleyGlass  ปีที่แล้ว

      For the tiny circles? I basically cut them into a square, nip off the corners, and grind the rest.

      @@SamanthaAshleyGlass I see you have a ring saw, I have one also. I've always had an issue with small circles. LOL They never fit right.
