Oddly I find that I have little to no competition nerves, and I perform nearly the same, but maybe that might change once I get faster and I start caring more about getting good times. Maybe when I am sub 10 at home I might become nervous for getting sub 10's at comps.
@@CubingTheory yeah I know what you mean I average like 8 on pyraminx and in comp my first average was a 6 (and a sub 5 single). The scrambles were also very lucky though so idk
Ready? Yes Inspecting Putting hand on timers Solving *Realized the timer is not running because you didnt start the timer properly* (usually because not holding it down for long enough)
I've been to one comp. I was so fricking nervous and ny hands were so cold. I was doing skewb which I never practice. I was just trying to do something and hoping ut was fast. I didn't know how fast i used to be. So when I checked my pb at home after the comp, my comp average were better than my single pb. I dont know how but my dad recorded it and I can see how I am shaking and somehow turned incredibly fast.
Me: getting to the final corners on a solve, and finding corner cases some sites claim are impossible. Example: Site 1 says it's impossible to wind up with 2 unsolved corners, site 2 says use this algorithm to solve. My most recent case was a 2 opposite corners that needed 2 full iterations of an algorithm to solve. I don't speedcube I don't know if I'll ever be ready for that. Just solving the cube is good enough for me, slowly getting the algorithms for various stages memorized, I still go for the white cross though! I can recognize if there are different colors of cases that match an algorithm, thank goodness.😊👍
Getting a skip on a bad solve (I got an LL skip on a bad OH solve today... and 3 years ago I didn't sign an LL skip...) DNFs lol When you DNF a bld solve by one move/forgetting parity on 4/5
the first day i brought my 7x7 to school (it was like my 3rd day of having it) it popped and i tried to put the piece back in and it broke, So now i just kinda jam it in there real good and it falls out randomly mid solve lol
"yes"
"what? oh DNF"
I feel even more pain when non-cubers think a +2 is a DNF
Lol
why is it painful 💀
@@Max-Hult it’s not really painful I just think it’s funny 🤷♂️
didn't she say "d move"?

Yeah I practice 3x3 a lot so it’s the only event I’m ever really nervous for. The more you practice the more nervous you get 🤷♂️
Bello
same here
lol i do better in comps

Realizing the timer was off 👁️👄👁️
The corner twist one was so relatable because I use the X-nan tornado v3 (just like you in that clip)
Yeah I love the v3 but corner twists just seem unavoidable
@@klbklb5331 lul I haven't had a corner twist once on my V3 flagship in 1000 solves
@@Mark-ww1vf yeah it’s just my turning style
The Red Cross thing is so true man
Yea I know my classmates are always twisting the corners
i remember giving my v3 to a friend to scramble and he surprisingly didnt twist a single corner
LMAO thought the cold hands all of the sudden just used to happen to me
CONGRATULATIONC, YOU KILLED ME
edit: also congrats on 100 subs :)
Love the many +2s. Super relateable I can general!
YES what?... oh DNF!
Luke Skywalker: "Remarkable. Everything you just said was wrong."
This channel has grown so much over the past 4 months when I subbed an there was only like 95 man. Props to you!
me relating to everything except having a cube(i use my friends)
Ur making me cry cuz all these pains are happened imagine when ur nail get stuck in a piece in tornado V2
You just earned a *SUB*
Lol

some thing i find annoying is on a 4x4 putting 2 centers in the wrong side and having to swap them
i also related to DNF because i usually DNF the solve when i make a misake thast mess up the whole solve
So much pain 🙁
I don’t relate to the “not being colour neutral”
I was always CN when I started, because I thought only doing white was stupid.
Good job lol
Legends think he still fixing big cube pop up 😂

I just purged all my cube boxes lol
I normally average around 23 seconds. I’m not color neutral but I had a good blue cross solution on a solve so I did that and got a 19
nice vid man
