Change all fluids with better stuff plus a filter kit plus add some Trans X additive and I bet it will quiet up those lifters and reverse will work too GM trucks are bulletproof.

He seen you coming. I hate that. Red flag when it has no tail lights they was taking parts off cause it was junk .. fuses all pulled. He pulled all the fuses so u wouldn’t start it.

It's has a spun cam bearing. The oil pressure should not be that high on startup. The transmission lines also run through the radiator for cooling. That's where you trans fluid went.
The poor truck has been neglected.
All my stuff must have spun cam bearings then

Use Some Liquid Laundry Detergent Too Clean The Carpet And Seats ( use a towel ) And Scrub .
