Here's the video breaking down how the reactor works: • I turn Plastics into F...
Feel free to ask any questions, I'll be reading every comment!
I believe with the world wide crisis we are facing now, we require a world wide solution. And this is why I believe we need decentralized devices such as this Reactor. Think about it, even if there is just 1 reactor in every community, that will put a huge dent in plastic waste and pollution.
Due to this, I do not wish to make a singular specialized Reactor, once I master and complete this one, I want to make all different types, of all different scales and sizes.

It probably clouded up, because you hit near 100 °C and water started coming over. Cloudiness is often a sign of water being present.

Hey, Just a fan that admires your work. Keep doing what you are doing. I asked for usb downloadable drive explaining what you do step by step so I can download to my PC. You inspire me to follow in your steps. It amazes me to see every video that you post. Each time getting closer and closer to perfecting your work. I really want to build this machine in my back yard and do a little experimenting. I have been taking notes on your videos. Your work is inspiring people like me. keep me updated is you do end up having the time to make that drive. Rememeber, People go missing for doing shit like this. I love it. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.

You can insulate the reflux collum if you find that the vapors take too long to reach the top. It does not decrease seperation between the compounds.

That's lights and burns a little more like kerosene and diesel then gasoline, but still very well done, and very clean process and presentation.

Hey, love the channel and very motivated by your progress so far. Question: have you taken the ph of the oil and gas? I would love to know what the ph is after distillation.
Stay safe and keep up the good work! Cheers

If I was closer I would like to help and learn!
Don't worry about how things, like welds look. You are freaking experimenting, Man! You are learning by doing! The best way to learn.
Keep it up...and ask for your own shop!

a good way to separate out the water is by adding some anhydrous magnesium sulfate, it bonds to the water and essentially removes it from the oil, but only do this when you've separated most of the water already, as this is good for getting out that last bit of water. and there's lots of vids on here showing how to make the stuff. really useful stuff.

Have you ever tried adding a catalyst into your pyrolysis process in order to increase the yield of gasoline?

You need to increase the tempreture to speed the distilation process.

You know you can raise the octane number by having gas pass thru it? I don't trust glass much for this process.
