Tsavo and I will be switching out every couple of Operations, to keep our skills in both sniping and spotting (including all the calculations needed) as polished we can. I am really excited for the change in scenery and I hope you think the same, enjoy!

This brought back my military days when I served. I liked the realism, everyone followed the ops plan like it should be. And the way the game handled injuries was spot on. Thanks and hope to see more

This was awesome. It was intense because it felt realistic, the comms, how commanders and squad leaders communicate and coordinate attacks, cas-evacs and ammo distribution. When shit hit the fan it became chaotic and disorienting, with lots of chatter on the comms and squadleaders and co's working to get a good understanding of the situation and acting together to advance.

I really liked this vid, it was great gameplay, great teamwork and very intense because it resembled a real combat situation

I never once forgot I was watching a game. I made it a whole 14 minutes of watching a bunch of nerds pretend they're in the army.
I definitely won't buy this game or any in the series.
With a few signatures, you can be a man and actually JOIN the military.

Macho Man Randy Savage By culture I mean music, movies, sports, clothing, video games etc. I was genuinely surprised when there was a NFL superball party at my college in Brisbane Australia, as well as frequent NBA parties. American house parties are completely global now. Also I was genuinely surprised by the amount of people here in Australia care about American politics. In my generation here in Australia it is common to run into some who that follows American sports, wears American brands and shoes, listens to American music, watches American TV shows and consistently talks about America. This is some what anecdotal but Americans at my University are allways very popular and get lots of attention. America's biggest export is culture and to me that is very evident.

Dude, this is the first ARMA 3 video I ever saw and it was right after you posted it. I've seen a lot of them since then and this is still, hands down, the best ARMA 3 video I currently know of or have seen, in terms of action & intensity, realism, humor, and just overall watchability. Fucking awesome job, man. I just can't stand watching non-realistic ARMA videos. I wanna forget that I'm watching a game and Sherm is my go-to ARMA dawg for how dope his content stays.
Yo, the sniping is killer, but the spotting is what really takes it all above and beyond. More games really need to integrate the spotter/shooter relationship, especially including the need for super-high-quality communication skills.

Spotting is super fun and super critical to any good sniper. The "lone wolf" concept doesn't truly exist. It's exciting to watch someone helping their buddies just as much as watch someone do the shooting themselves.

Sniper team needs a quad or four wheeler for the transportation of the Barrett 50 cal and other gear but hide them a little ways from your sniping position.
@The shermanator as trained sniper team spotter you are truly right about the spotter role. Good spotter can make anyone hit with the rifle :D

I’m in a MILSIM unit as well, it’s the 2nd Ranger Regiment, we do exactly the same kind of missions and it would be pretty awesome if like both our servers cooperate and have ops once in a while

The game play and the way the squads worked with each other is brilliant. Entertaining to watch.
The spotter is usually the more experienced sniper
the comm setup in these mods are phenominal for communication between squads and team members
Also some sniper tips for future ops. Split the landscape into segments from left to right using landmarks name them a, b, c etc. Then split range to a preferred range named 1, 2, 3. Then quickly orient your shooter by saying "contact b-3 1.7" or whatever.

Its probably already been mentioned but when calling out dope to your Shooter its good to use reference point for them to quick reference in an engagement . Example at 34:20 you could use " FUEL STATION - HOLD(or SET) 3.2 - 5-3-6 METERS"
