Great stuff Max. This is really useful. Way better than people who tell you WHAT to do but 'forget' to mention HOW to do it. Thanks buddy. And over 100.000 viewers for this video within 1 month. That's impressive! Great job!
I had to break this up overtime but I am glad I watched the entire video. I have taken many courses designed by many instructors. It means a lot when someone simplifies a complex goal, goes slow, and helps me to understand the overview AND the details. I want to watch one video (even if its long) and have a full understanding when its complete. I realize many people "just want the answer NOW" without the full understanding, but it has always served me well to be thorough one time versus microlearning. I appreciate when someone takes their time to make a great educational video. Thank you!

I was at your videos before they blew up😂 Hey man , really like your content , great thing that you are true to yourself and still trying to improve... I have a problem and a idea for your next video , How To Make Friends...Females also like when you have friends and have fun and know how to have fun...(that's how you can link this) I really would like to know how to talk to a new person , what to say , how much to say at first , how not to annoy them , and become their good friend... How to have fun , what tone to use , how to set boundaries , how to take insults and have proper comebacks... Thank you for your content till now...Your content means a lot...👍
This video is litteraly the only video you'll ever need to build a successful business online. There's not a single video on Iman or any of these already very good and successful channels. I am genuinely hyped up. TH-cam Adsence is very inconsistent, but with Skool, I genuinely think that I will increase my online revenues by 30-60% in one or two months. That is crazy. Thank you Max.
Glad that you liked the video brother! And yes. Skool is a crazy opportunity. It will completely take over this year. It creates so much opportunity for literally everyone who want's to take action on it :)
Insane value, you are the perfect example of where the space is going. Upfront value + community + passion is the only way forward, and I'm all for it❤🔥 Thank you for this, it set me up completely for success!
Just found you, really appreciate your content. I have a small course on blogging and using seo tools on my channel which generated somewhere in the ballpark of $500. I've honestly been in a slump for months trying to figure out how to generate a higher amount of income. This masterclass is literally a god send dude, just started consuming it now and will be opening up our skool community tomorrow and focusing on the FREE method you're teaching with IPGA methodologies. Subbed to you right away cause you're the real deal.
I am filling out step by step all your worksheets, and I discover at the same time myself and my adaptability, viewing a wider range of opportunities. Thank you 1000 times.
Yo Max, I've joined the movement and created a community after this video haha. Your content got me really pumped for this opportunity, didn't have this feeling in a few years. Setting up the community and just started posting content on platforms
Only problem for me is that if I want to make a free community, after 14 days i have to pay $99 a month. For the little amount of followers I have that would sign up, I would be spending money each month in hopes people join my free community which im not making any money from
My friend, my advice for you change that state of mind. $98 dollars a month to start a business is a joke. I spent thousands, and lost thousands and lost 1000s of hours. You need to star and build up from there. Good luck
Hey Max, so when you say you have a free community and a paid community, does that mean that you have two separate communities on Skool and thus you pay Skool $198/month, or $99/month for each community? Thank you SO MUCH for this great information!
I have an online course that is already hosted on Teachable. Would you recommend switching over? Also, if we join your Skool community, will we get access to ask you questions, or is it pure courses uploaded to the site? Thank you so much.
Max. You are a legendary gentleman and a scholar. Thank you for this masterclass. It was pure perfection. 2 School Communities have now been launched and members are already coming in the door! You're the best, man. I will give you my money at every chance I get!
I work and invest in Real Estate, I am also passionate about golf. I am considering starting both courses ? Is it too much should I focus on one first ?
This is an insanely valuable resource! Thanks a million Max. Ive joined your community and started my own, for pianists and keyboard players. Very exciting stuff!
Hey Lionel, that's awesome brother! I'm sure you have a bunch of valuable skills regarding coding that you should share with the world! Glad to hear that you found the course valuable! :)) Skool FTW!
Great masterclass Max! Thanks for sharing. Quick questions for you: once the members are in the free community how do you transition them into the paid community? Other than showing great value in the free community, do you give them sneak peaks, offer incentives or just ask them to join the paid? Also, what are your thoughts on initially allowing a certain number of people (say 200-300) into the paid community for free to get engagement and add creditably to the group so that when others consider joining there is social proof? Any examples of your strategies for this are much appreciated!
you make good videos, that's what I need to learn.. I know my topic inside out.. Im considering skool, This is a great lesson on how it all works....thanks..
Hi, thank you so much for this tutorial. The only thing I would need more information and knowledge on right now is how do I actually make the videos? production? Do I just sit in front of a camera? Do I need to be out and about? In a studio? Can I just have audio for my course and text? Thank you.
How can I ensure that participants remain subscribed to my monthly-based paid course after offering the first module for free, when I provide all four modules at once? How do I prevent them from watching all the video content in the first month and then canceling their subscription?
So excited to watch this. I had a quick question Max. You mentioned 14:32 that you monetized your free course. If it was free how did you monetize it? Did you start charging money for your course or community? And how much was that at that given point. P.S. - I loveee the fact that you started in your job at the bottom corner and then rised up to live in the top corner of the building. That's epic bro!
Hey brother, how is this overall method compared to IPGA?? I mean, you would be selling to the people that want to sell courses and start their community...and your community consist of other coaches? Or just start your own community about whatever?
The IPGA model is basically where you take the information of Skool and sell it to people who already have an audience. You partner with the creator and do a 50/50 split. Great model. But my point is this, why do it for someone else when you can do it for yourself? I got my following because I released a free Skool community and course, not the other way around. So yes, you can do it for others, but why not do it for yourself? You can turn any passion, skill or expertise into an online Skool community. I've never been more excited!
what do you think about churn rate ? people who just want to join group but who cancel directly after view the all content :/ i think is the problem of these models…
Max if you see this and i hope u do and read this but i am 16 years old i have been watching you for soo long i always try to start but some how and somewhere i get stuck i hope u read this but i thank you sooooo mutch for not only inspiring my but also give my determination to get my Dreams i am telling you now i am 16 if i am rich rich by the time i am 24 yes that is my goal and dream but i would like to get in contact with my i say when im rich and got enough money to pay you back a lot because i know i am worthless now, no one cares about my but when i am rich ur the first i would tell to i hope u understand i am in a massive hole thank you for this i will take action i realy will i will go to the gym and start my agency if u are this far thank you
Hi Max I found a blue ocean niche I am passionate about. I wouldn’t necessarily consider myself an expert on the subject. Is this something that would still be viable to grow on skool?
Absolutely : )) You don't have to be best in the world at something to teach or create a community. You just need to be able to help people get from point a to point b. If you've done it, then you can help others :)
Glad you liked it! :) I personally use Screenflow for mac. But honestly when creating a course, I think Loom is the easiest and best tool to use. Just handles everything for you and super simple to manage. Highly recommend that :)
Ironically I run a pretty successful dog training business and I’ve been stuck on selling online. I’ve built a decent size audience 300k plus on other platforms. Max quick question. Why did you use Skool over high level communities?
I love how every selfmade millionaire nowadays has a story how he was broke, working for minimum wage and living in his car while his dad has been an active member of a golf club for all his life. So relatable!
great stuff, thanks Max! need your advice - I have a free course/community hosted on my own wordpress site. Does the organic traffic from being on the skool platform make it worthwhile to migrate my content over there? I like the idea of owning my own platform instead but can see the advantages of being part of the broader ecosystem of skool. thanks!
Hey Robbie! I used to have my course completely open on my website in the early days as well. The things is that Skool is just such a great place to hang out online. It's not only about what you prefer (the creator), but what the actual end user likes the most. People already LOVE Skool (myself included), but it will blow up even BIGGER now when Alex Hormozi starts to promote it. It will just be a great move for your business to piggy back on this massive wave of Skool into the future. Hope that helps! :)
Hey max ! Thanks for putting this value together. This has been really helpful to me . But I have a question: do you think it's bad to make the free community on Facebook and move them to a paid one on skool ?
Awesome content man. Thank you so much for uploading this. Sorry if I missed it somehow but what app do you use for recording and for the slideshows inside the course?
Can you please add a curation - resources directory section too. We live in the hyper Information Age so having a designated space to showcase my collection of curated resources would add a lot of value to my community members. Members would able to submit links too. Thanks.
Hey Max. I started my community about 10 days ago. It hasn’t come up in search yet. Does it take some time? Or am I missing some box I need to tick? Thanks
This is such a great opportunity. For example, it's exactly what Andrew Tate did. Hustlers university is $49 and has 200k members. 10million per month in revenue. Abosolutely insane!!
It's insande indeed! But what's even more insane, if you ask me, is that anyone and everyone can monetize their own passions, skills or interests with Skool by building communities. All courses up until this point has basically beend Biz Opp courses, like "how to make money online". And yes, that's a huge market! But now with Skool, people will be able to monetize other HUGE markets just out of pure hobbies and interests. Really cool 🚀
So true, and so exciting! I was starting to build my own online education LMS (Learning Management System) with LearnDash Cloud, and grow a community with BossBuddy. I've built over 50 websites for CPA marketing, affiliate marketing, etc., so it's not too difficult for me to build an LMS. But imagine a housewife who has a passion and tons of knowledge and skills for quilting. How in the world would she overcome all the technical challenges? So indeed, it's a phenomenal opportunity for the non-techie people and everything seems to be baked into the platform. @@MaxPerzon
Hey! You will have to make a copy into your own figma account. If I give permission to share people will be able to edit the orignial :) Hope that helps!
Im stuck. I dont know which niche to go for. I love magic the gathering and would love to do a community around that but I'm not sure how I'd build the Skool community. Or i do a community around autonomy. So build it around taking back control of their life from health, to wealth to wellness. Im passionate about it but not as much as the first one. What do you think?
Glad to hear that brotha! :) I use a Sony a6400 with a Sigma 16mm f/1,4 lens. Then I use an elgato 4K to get it into the computer. Pretty simple stuff :)
I kinda don't to be honest ^^. The background image you see in the presentations are from Unsplash.com. The animation is made by a VFX guy though. But nothing fancy :))
Awesome video, how are you looking to generate an ROI on paid ads when sending them to a free course/group then on sell them to a paid group/course? Wouldnt you want to sell them straight into the payed group?
I used your link! $40 to your every month!! Do you currently pay $99 for each of your communities, Free and Premium? Also how did you add more value for the paid community vs the free community? I get you only gave away one module in the classroom but was there something specific you did for the community aspect?
Hey Hoan, appreciate that brother! Yes I use two communities, one forever free and one paid :) I do giveaway 1 module for free, and then if people want more help, support & training + access to a community of other entrepreneurs scaling Skool communities, then they can join MaxPremium. We also do 7 Q&A calls per week :) On top of this we have a TON of bonuses inside MaxPremium worth close to $40K. Everything can be seen on our about page here: www.skool.com/maxpremium/about
Glad that you liked the video! :) In terms of camera I use a Sony a6400, sigma 16mm f1.4 as a lens and then the elgato 4k to get it into my macbook. I use Screenflow for mac to edit. Nothing super fancy, but it does the job great :) Also for mic I use the mv7. I have the sm7b as well, but the mv7 is just so much easier to use directly into the computer :)

Thank you Max. I'm in the process of building out a community on SKOOL, and this video has been super helpful!
Here before this blows up
I was at your videos before they blew up😂
Hey man , really like your content , great thing that you are true to yourself and still trying to improve...
I have a problem and a idea for your next video , How To Make Friends...Females also like when you have friends and have fun and know how to have fun...(that's how you can link this)
I really would like to know how to talk to a new person , what to say , how much to say at first , how not to annoy them , and become their good friend...
How to have fun , what tone to use , how to set boundaries , how to take insults and have proper comebacks...
Thank you for your content till now...Your content means a lot...👍
lol get rich
4 hours into the video, mapping out my new coaching business in skool! cheers max never watched such a long video on here!
Not true. All max did was put it into one video with the other creators you have to look for the videos which will provide you value
Max, outstanding. You have provided so much value for free that you deserve all the rewards. Thank you
Insane value, you are the perfect example of where the space is going. Upfront value + community + passion is the only way forward, and I'm all for it❤🔥 Thank you for this, it set me up completely for success!
Love to read this Noah! Skool will blow up like nothing else this year! Welcome to the channel! Great to have you here :))
Hey, love to hear that! The pleasure is 100% mine. Skool is too much fun! Keep us up to date on your journey 🚀
I am filling out step by step all your worksheets, and I discover at the same time myself and my adaptability, viewing a wider range of opportunities. Thank you 1000 times.
Glad to hear that you enjoy the process Michel! :))🚀
can't tell you enough just HOW MUCH value you have provided Max. Thank you soo much
Let´s just appreciate the work he put into this. Like this is amazing. We have to make the best out of it, guys!
Let's goo :))
Went to first 2 hours so far. This is bombastic. Requested and membership pending for max free. Will take maxpremium too.
Got a sub at 47th Minute, when every word you said resonated with exactly what I'm looking for.
This may help get more subscribers. You deserve more.
Yo Max, I've joined the movement and created a community after this video haha. Your content got me really pumped for this opportunity, didn't have this feeling in a few years. Setting up the community and just started posting content on platforms
Love to hear it Filipp! Skool will be absolutely MASSIVE in 2024! Skool FTW! :))
Can we get feedback after 7 months?
Only problem for me is that if I want to make a free community, after 14 days i have to pay $99 a month. For the little amount of followers I have that would sign up, I would be spending money each month in hopes people join my free community which im not making any money from
My friend, my advice for you change that state of mind. $98 dollars a month to start a business is a joke. I spent thousands, and lost thousands and lost 1000s of hours. You need to star and build up from there. Good luck
You don’t need to use school , you can start a free Facebook group or other community platform
If the $99/mo is really stopping you, let's chat. I'm always looking to partner up. I'm looking for people who can do things I can't, and vice-versa.
@@lifedb you can't run automations in Facebook Groups.
True. They should offer at least a free month for small audiences.
Hey Max, so when you say you have a free community and a paid community, does that mean that you have two separate communities on Skool and thus you pay Skool $198/month, or $99/month for each community? Thank you SO MUCH for this great information!
Hey! Great to have you here :) That's correct, I have two communities that I Pay $99/month for each, so $198/month in total :)
I have an online course that is already hosted on Teachable. Would you recommend switching over? Also, if we join your Skool community, will we get access to ask you questions, or is it pure courses uploaded to the site? Thank you so much.
Would definitely recommend Skool! And yes inside MaxPremium we do 7-calls per week :))
Max. You are a legendary gentleman and a scholar. Thank you for this masterclass. It was pure perfection. 2 School Communities have now been launched and members are already coming in the door! You're the best, man. I will give you my money at every chance I get!
LOVE to hear it! That's awesome! 2024 is going to be epic and whole lot a fun for the Skoolers! :))
I don't usually comment but this is so useful. You're doing great
Glad to hear that brother!! :))
Crazy value bro thanks a LOOOOOOTTT
My pleasure, brother. Thank you for watching!
I heard of Sam Owens but didn't realize it was his... so many mentors are leaving facebook and going to skool!
I work and invest in Real Estate, I am also passionate about golf. I am considering starting both courses ? Is it too much should I focus on one first ?
Sounds awesome brother! Definitely go with one. Focus on it. Double down on it and go all in :))
This is such an insane video containing truckloads of value. Thanks for sharing this!
Your videos are high quality. I love it.
Glad you like it! :))
This is an insanely valuable resource! Thanks a million Max. Ive joined your community and started my own, for pianists and keyboard players. Very exciting stuff!
That's awesome brotha! That community can be HUGE! Excited to talk more with you about this 🚀:))
thank you bro seriously im a coder about to take the course and really appreciate you
Hey Lionel, that's awesome brother! I'm sure you have a bunch of valuable skills regarding coding that you should share with the world! Glad to hear that you found the course valuable! :)) Skool FTW!
17 mins in. Just found you Max. You have a new fan. Let me know if you do coaching.
Great to have you here! We do all of it inside MaxPremium :))
When Max post a long video, it's gonna be a banger
:)
Hi, thank you so much for this tutorial. The only thing I would need more information and knowledge on right now is how do I actually make the videos? production? Do I just sit in front of a camera? Do I need to be out and about? In a studio? Can I just have audio for my course and text? Thank you.
Beautiful content, man. Super proud of what you achieved In a year!
Likewise brotha! 2024 is going to be epic!
Great Video! Changed a lot for the better for me!
wow man, amazing intro course! I wonder what the full version is like!
Hey Max cant locate the offer creation worksheet, made my own of course but just for feedback, unless i missed something. Thank you once again x
@MaxPerzon, first THANK YOU for your amazing content.
One question: what camera do you use for filming your TH-cam Videos?
Thank you!
Glad you enjoy it! :) I use a Sony camera for this course. But for my normal TH-cam videos I've now started using my iPhone. It's just so simple :)
Thank you very much for your answer!@@MaxPerzon
Max if you see this and i hope u do and read this but i am 16 years old i have been watching you for soo long i always try to start but some how and somewhere i get stuck i hope u read this but i thank you sooooo mutch for not only inspiring my but also give my determination to get my Dreams i am telling you now i am 16 if i am rich rich by the time i am 24 yes that is my goal and dream but i would like to get in contact with my i say when im rich and got enough money to pay you back a lot because i know i am worthless now, no one cares about my but when i am rich ur the first i would tell to i hope u understand i am in a massive hole thank you for this i will take action i realy will i will go to the gym and start my agency if u are this far thank you
You got this, man. Keep learning and taking action and you will be so far ahead of your friends when you are 24.
Keep going man. You got this. Young smart adults is what we need for our “future”.
Keep going!
@@YesitisDex thx brother same for you
@@BuddyRathmell thanks man realy helpfull try your best too brother
If you're here watching these videos one thing you're surely not: worthless. Keep it going.
Awesome! Thanks for this insane amount of free value. ❤
One question: what is the presentation software you're using for your presentation?
Glad that you liked the video! Simple Keynote :))
You Are AWESOME🤩
Let's go
So Grateful❤
My pleasure! Thank you for watching.
Amazing and really informative video Max! Thank you. Quick question what software did you use to record this video, sharing your screen?
Glad you liked it! :) I personally use Screenflow for mac. But honestly when creating a course, I think Loom is the easiest and best tool to use. Just handles everything for you and super simple to manage. Highly recommend that :)
You prefer it to OBS? I used to use Screenflow but grew to hate it for all its bugginess and the huge size of the files.@@MaxPerzon
Ironically I run a pretty successful dog training business and I’ve been stuck on selling online. I’ve built a decent size audience 300k plus on other platforms.
Max quick question. Why did you use Skool over high level communities?
But why is it always most profitable to MAKE COURSES on how to MAKE COURSES? So meta.
Are other communities even worth pursuing monetarily?
It's a unsustainable product
FIRE THANK YOU
how would you use this for lead generation for service-based business?
Great tutorial Max. Thank you.
The way you did the slides with the video in the corner is very good. Where can I learn to do this technique. Thanks, Iain.
use Loom
Did you find out ?
@TheNiner1104 he never replied but I just started using power point instead of waiting.
Hey max, I'm a student and I don't have much income to may the $99/month, do you think the cost can be covered in the 14 day free trial?
Great video!
Could you also attach the Offer Creation Worksheet?
It's in one of the later videos in the free masterclass :))
How very generous of you. Thank you.
100% my pleasure :))
Let's go!
Can you please add a curation - resources directory section too. We live in the hyper Information Age so having a designated space to showcase my collection of curated resources would add a lot of value to my community members. Members would able to submit links too. Thanks.
How about buying a course from somewhere or paying someone to design one and then selling it on skool
And how do you create the videos for the actual course itself?
How would movie reviews niche work? What course would you sell for movies and reviews ?
Hey Max. I started my community about 10 days ago. It hasn’t come up in search yet. Does it take some time? Or am I missing some box I need to tick? Thanks
Is it best to record 5 min sessions? What’s an average skill length?
what made you choose SKool over circle?
@@MaxPerzon
Amazing video Max. You inspired to take some serious action. Random comment: Love the "MoFo" effect.. Instead of "FOMO". 😂
On the figma file, I have to request permission, and I just did. Can you make it open so I can edit it to my business? Thanks so much for this!
Do the second as it's not a hobby but can seriously change somebody's life for $, do the first for fun.
@@chillingcat5033 thanks for the reply man. I appreciate the advice
Yeo max. love your videos. just curious... what camera equipment do you use? camera, lense, etc. super clean quality.
Glad to hear that brotha! :) I use a Sony a6400 with a Sigma 16mm f/1,4 lens. Then I use an elgato 4K to get it into the computer. Pretty simple stuff :)
@maxperzon what website do you use for presentation and your recording videoto move aside
Hey Max!
What do you use for your graphic design creation?
I kinda don't to be honest ^^. The background image you see in the presentations are from Unsplash.com. The animation is made by a VFX guy though. But nothing fancy :))
The MoFo Effect! Ha! I love it. I’ll feel like a mofo if I take action on this. Thanks Max! 1:04:39
:p!
Awesome video, how are you looking to generate an ROI on paid ads when sending them to a free course/group then on sell them to a paid group/course? Wouldnt you want to sell them straight into the payed group?
you didnt watch the vid lmao
Yes. The quick fix skool provides, blinds you from the glaringly obvious. THEY ARE NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I am from india and in india subscription model doesnt works.
what software do you use to make these slides?
you know the content is good when its 7 hours long
Thanks a lot Max
My pleasure, brother. Thank YOU for watching.
Everything can be seen on our about page here: www.skool.com/maxpremium/about
How to pick the best courses that have the largest number of "paying" customers? (can't give away something you don't have)

Thanks Max for this amazing video. BTW, how can you record this beautiful video?
Glad that you liked the video! :) In terms of camera I use a Sony a6400, sigma 16mm f1.4 as a lens and then the elgato 4k to get it into my macbook. I use Screenflow for mac to edit. Nothing super fancy, but it does the job great :) Also for mic I use the mv7. I have the sm7b as well, but the mv7 is just so much easier to use directly into the computer :)
Good timing.
Thats great … 7 hours … crazy: who listened to this back to front?
I remember watching the first max perzon video, great to see how far you've come beothey

Screenflow for mac 💯
