Been doing this for 23 years now. The 1996 walker Ghs was my first zero turn. Many brands have come an gone since then, but the walker is still here an still working. I only use it on my yard an special customers though. Demoed the b and super bee but bought a stand on instead.
Tony's Lawn Care got a 2011 toro grandstand 52" with mulch kit. In 2015 I traded it for a 52" scag v ride with mulch kit. Works really well on dry grass an leaves. Lush spring grass not as good so last month I removed the mulch kit an put on the quick chute, with toro high lift blades.
Tony's Lawn Care once you get used to a stand on, they can be very productive. They have some advantages over a sit down rider. Just watch for low limbs. Lol.

I owned a Walker MC20/48GHS mower back in 2011 to 2012. Wish that I had kept it. Looking forward to both gbanotger walker mower inbthe future. I like the big MB/23 efi series walkers with 52 or 62" wide cutting decks.
Tony back in 2018 I almost bought a walker B model mower with the 27hp EFI engine and 62" cutting deck on it for $9500.00. Wish that I had gone ahead and purchased that mower.
Tony, just a John Q homeowner here (not a professional). Would you recommend this mower for me for a 1 acre yard? I need one that will both cut and do some leaf work, and this looks like a good choice. Great videos!
Tony does it go up in the air when you load it on the trailer or not the Walker rep loaded his and it jumped up in the air thanks Harry Erhart Landscaping 😇
If your talking about my demo video its because where he parked the trailer it was reallly steep the gate. so on my day to day loading up it does not pop up 👍
Harry in a week or less time you learn how to properly use the throttle handle so you should not be popping/ hopping the walker mower when cutting on hillsides or loading it onto your trailer. I owned one of the walker model C/48"GHS units with 8 bushel grass hopper on it for about 2 years. It was by far the best cutting mower that I have ever owned. Just doesn't miw at fast speed,but it makes up time cutting a lawn because of it's efficiency at cutting lawns in one pass. I will buy me a bigger B or H model walker mower in the future. You can also buy different types of mulching and non mulching decks, scraper blades and aerator attachments to be used on those models.
Tony I got to ride a Walker today at the Lawn & Landscape Society Event at the Kohler facility in Hattiesburg. When I get to where I can manage a purchase this big, The Walker just shot really high on the possibility list. With guys like yourself Randy Haskell and a few others, The Walker really does show promise for what I'm looking for. Appreciate you 👍

not being silly but do you always reverse up the hills instead of turning at bottom of hill its a bit different

Kohler 7000 same motar as my liberty z had
22.5 hp i believe.
The smaller walker model b mowers have strong Kohler or Briggs and Stratton 18 to 25 hp engines on them.
