Filing Your NC Annual Report with the NC Secretary of State

If you own an LLC or corporation in North Carolina, or a foreign filing LLC or corporation, you must file an annual report and pay the fee each year. There are many companies that offer to file these for you, all costing roughly $75 plus the filing fee, or you can take care of this process yourself fairly easily.
