You know, as I have said before, I have seen all of your videos. This one, to me, was one of the top. You hit all cylinders--beauty, theme, information.
My dude ...I appreciate that i will tell you the Nordics was my favourite or I think Scotland because of the many times I have been there - I always realise why so many movies choose Scotland -
I’m truly amazed and relieved that the castles in Poland and Slovakia have survived considering how destructive the Nazis (and Russia and the Allied Forces to a much lesser extent) were on the ground and in the air in Eastern Europe during WW II. Helsingor Castle (aka “Elsinore” in Shakespeare’s famous play “Hamlet”) ought to be on this list. Thank you for showing the castle in Luxembourg. Most people forget that Luxembourg even exists and is worth a visit.
I got to visit Wawel Castle this September and it was gorgeous 🤗 all of these castles are lovely. Which is your favourite of the 15? Ps the footage in your videos is great!
@@LifestyleHal I went to see it at about midday but I'd love to go back to krakow sometime soon, if I do I'll make the time to go to the castle early in the morning! It should be quieter then too
Very interesting proposals. Good that among 15 objects, you put 3 from my country, Poland. I would add one castle that you missed, this yellow-red painted from Portugal. It is really outstanding.
The first castle was the inspiration for Disney world, not the Alcazar. Still beautiful though. The veiw from it is amazing and the entire town of Segovia is stunning. It also has a well preserved Roman aqua duct
Książ Castle is beautiful at any time of the year. During World War II, it was to become Hitler's quarters, but he never lived there. To this day, you can visit the underground tunnels that the Nazis built. Inside the castle there are rooms for visiting and beautiful terraces outside. I also recommend the Czocha Castle, sometimes called the Polish Hogwarts and Moszna Castle a castle from Disney movie 😊
@stn bboy a stronghold that was repurposed as an abby. Maybe not the best example, but France has (defensible) castles, but way more chateaus and palaces. Germany, the UK and Italy have generally more castles as far as I know.
the best castles in the world are far away the french ones !!! i have visite all europe and islands and best castles are really the french ones by far !!.. in this video no french castles so i really disagree with 15 best castles of europe !!
after all, there was an Order that attacked Poland, and Poland annihilated them. What does the Teutonic Order have to do with Germany? Besides, it is in Poland.
The Danish one and the Polish Książ are stunning 😍
Yes ksiaz looks so good no matter what season
amazing video
I'm from south Korea. I've been watching this videos a few days ago. already subscribed and everytime
Woah, some amazing castles there...
Beautiful castles ! And your Polish pronunciation is great! Better than mine and that was my first language.
Oh thank you I appreciate that - it is super difficult but I try 😜
Fantastic photography!
Well made video. You really did your homework. Honorable mention is Peles Castle! Would love to see them all.
Congratulations on your Polish! It took me an entire day in Wroclaw to finally get close to pronouncing it correctly
Haha thank you .. it will always be rock-law to me 😎
Great job on książ castle, I've still not been here even in visit Wroclaw twice per year. Post covid it has to happen 😀
Yes definitely - this corona needs to go now it’s like a drunk who’s over stayed his welcome at a party
@@LifestyleHal great analogy
So happy Burg Elz is on this list!

Did you go to see the castle early in the morning ? But I guess maybe September was perfect for that autumn feel

Yes it’s like a different world in the morning especially in the summer (if it’s possible) but overall it’s a great place to visit and walk around
What is the music at 13:40 ?
1_ Chambord Castle
2_ Chenonceau Castle
3_ ... ETC !
Great film, but I missed France and GB and Ireland

The number ten castle is one of the few original medieval castles that hasn’t been rebuilt. One of my favorite medieval castles.
I missed buda castle 800 years old castle.

Malbork, Wawel .... how dare you come here so unprepared .
Not even a word for the french castles ?!
@stn bboy there are castles in France. Mont Saint-Michel, Carcassonne (actually an entire town within, a citadel) and many more.
@stn bboy a stronghold that was repurposed as an abby.

At the beginning of the video he literally said that he already made one just for French castles. Give a few other European castles a chance.
Said nothing about the english castles, I think they are the best!
All in good time
Probably you need to add this too - th-cam.com/video/_xe-vBr8VMs/w-d-xo.html
It's Moszna castle in Poland
Some Polish castles were built by Germans (west Poland), coz it was a part of Germany before.
Only Książ was from western Poland, and in addition it was built by a man from the Piast family
@@marekkorczynski3044 Malbork was literally built by the Teutonic Knights aka German Knights, so you are wrong.
the french castles look way more like fairy tales than that
No castle looks more fairy tale than Neuschwanstein, Germany.

It's the best in his view. And who has seen all the castles anyway? 😁
Malbork should be German.
😂😂😂😂 good joke
