- Charsi Tikka- You know, you probably didn’t need this video to know about Charsi Tikka, but I just do not know how you could go to Peshawar and not experience this. It is one of the most memorable meals of my life. These people deserve the constant fame and recognition. If in Pakistan, come eat here. Simple as that.

Believe me I’ve tasted both cuisines and even though there is cross over you just can’t beat the way the taste and spice of brought out in Pakistani cuisine, which by the way had a cross over with Afghan cuisine hence the difference in Pashtun areas compared to non Pashtun areas.

I think thats maybe because Pakistan are more meat eaters/lovers than Indians whose dishes are mostly vegetarian. Plus these Pakistani people know how to cook their meat 🍖 😋

That means we don’t need to burn the mid night oil to eat good and live happy. We believe that food is from ALLAH. And every person’s food will come to him no matter what.

One thing that i absolutely love about pakistan is thier public hotels or dhabbas, the rustic feel and the vibes combined with the food are just the best anti depressenant one can get in public.

Best way to have karahi is to initially have it without nan (bread) so to enjoy the mutton/ chicken as such .... and only in da last clean up the gravy with nan.

I'm Pashtoon and can honestly say he doesn't look Pashtoon. If anything he looks white like a European. However, there are very few of us Pashtoons who actually look white. Unfortunately most Pashtoons like them to be the face of us which is unfair because the majority of us are indubitably light and dark brown.

Yes, Of course, you could buy Karahi (Steel Pot) and take them with you. In fact you can even buy those in most of the America's big cities. Just find the Desi (Pakistani/Indian) community area in your city.
