    Actually nice to see a live training. You might also reflect on the mistakes you made and when that mistake happens you actually have someone to correct you

    I prefer not to move the elbow backwards in every stroke and to do the stroke basically with my forearm. It gives you the same control as the stroke in the video but is a much more efficient movement in terms of speed / effort and it is also quicker to perform.
