This trolley in my opinion sounds fantastic! With San Francisco having some 40-foot trolley buses, although it is very difficult to find trolley buses in America, there are still some places that have them, just like Vancouver! Coast Mountain Bus Company is one of the rare companies that purchased trolley buses, especially the E40LFR model!

I actually had a driver on this bus who was an African-American immigrant to Canada. He was really nice.

@@sfmunioperations I don’t know he’s not around anymore. The schedules have just flipped so he’s probably still driving. Just hasn’t been around much. There’s also a lot of friendly south Asian bus drivers here as well.

Besides Vancouver, I believe SF Muni, SEPTA in Philadelphia, King County Metro in Seattle, a system in Dayton, Ohio, and Mexico City are the only North American cities to have trolleybuses left. SF Muni claims to have the largest fleet of such vehicles of any transit agency in the U.S. and Canada, I wonder if that’s true

I like this lady female stop announcement voice; it is exactly the same voice used previously by Viva transit of YRT York region transit, who currently switched to a male man voice.
