Definitely getting the EV version, cause it'll be on 50% discount after 3 years
NOOOO. Honestly loved the older 5 series design
new one ugly
The prev sama sama as F10. Evolution design some say no effort and revolution design ppl cannot take it.
@@jdfd4906 no wonder a few modified the front and back and its looks like the previous gen
"just" 7.5 seconds
that's crawling speed abang
😂😂😂😂
i feel like making ev as expensive as possible is just beating the purpose, then again, im not a car manufacture, so what do i know.
its like Cigar (petrol) or Vape (EV)…
definately petrol or at least hybrid version for me! its still the most practical and reliable!
Good. Saw it in real before the launch. Will definitely buy the 530i when its launch next year. Hope it will be under 420k.
Looks like bulkier 2 series
The 520i looks a bit dull, hope they will launch 530i M Sport
Windows control is the same quality as Axia, rear middle seat is as hard as a wooden board. Door slam test sounds cheap. BMW.......
No 530i M sport. 520 under power
That's the world's smallest duck tail spoiler... And in terms of design, I think it's getting uglier for the new 5 series
If I can afford a BMW like how real rich people do, i5 and M340i. EV daily petrol weekends.
The entry level 520i does look a bit screwed up in terms of packaging and specs.
Becoz no m spork bodykit. Bmw these days need m spork to look young.
When you consider RM depreciation , the last generation price and hyper-inflation in the last few yrs, it's actually a miracle they hit that price.
G30 look much better to me... 👍👍
Hope this will flop and bmw learn their lesson
Well tbh, I thought the 7 series is bad,but after seeing both 5 and 7 in person, the 7 series doesn’t look bad anymore, and the interior quality of 5 series shows signs of cost cutting being implemented
@@seansiew5629 i was skeptical about the 7 series too but after seeing the i7's interior, its cool. U got a tv in there
@@THECARLOVERNOTGASLOVER indeed, puts the S class interior to shame
Don't bother
Yikes i know everyone hates “baik beli..” but the 520i for that price is very underpowered. A slightly cheaper 330i is more superior in terms of power and features, choosing 330i would be a no brainer.
It's not underpowered in terms of it's intended use case, daily commuting. It's underpowered if you intend to drag-race it, which literally no-one buys it to do.
Wat an ugly 5 ,... take a page design from the old E39,.. timeless beauty
So disappointed and I can't believe BMW Malaysia decided to bring in such a low spec for it's Petrol variant of the 5 Series. Why would anyone in their right mind want to fork out RM360k+ for a 208hp engine. Even Mercedes with their E-Class Sedan provide a 258hp Engine. Did not expect this from BMW. This insitence on pushing EVs is gonna bite them back down the line.
The upcoming e class will be e200 and e350e only. The former has 204hp and is priced at 400k.
Get full electric and lose 50% of it's value in 3 years
Goverment just now announced going to unsubsidise diesel soon and next petrol. But not sure will uturn or not.
Mercedes eqs not even 1 year also already dropped 50% of its value. Don’t have to wait 3 years lol
Not all EVs depreciate the same, that's like saying all ICE depreciate the same. Plus, western country data does not apply here.
Lp
its getting uglier now
