Wow, that's a huge unit! I feel like in some areas, such large screens invite vandalism. The UI doesn't look like it makes much use of such a large screen. We use the smaller DS-K1T341AM, the face recognition works great but I wish there was a physical doorbell button for non-techy visitors to press. The phone button on the screen isn't very obvious.
Nice new RODE mic! Sounds like the gain on the mic is too high though, and the audio is only coming out of the left channel.

I’m trying to be polite here lol. Let’s just say that all the hikvision intercom and hik-central is still in the development stage. Not going into detail but yeah it looks fantastic.

Sorry I totally disagree , you must have had a bad experience I assume but that is not what we see in reality

First and yes it was a negative experience. Countless hours on a phone to technical. Some devices didn’t work with brand new server. Then after update some other devices stopped working. I remember on a hik training the guy said. O this hik central and intercom is fantastic and much cheaper then Paxton lol. Well Paxton works out of the box. The time spent trying to figure things out would of paid for extra Paxton kit. I think hik is ok if it’s a small system not a big multi floor office block. The system requires mountain of resources and even then keeps screaming that not enough resources for video playback.

@@MM-eu5zi sounds like a you problem, if your not willing to put the time in to learn these technical systems obviously you are not going to get the best results. complaining isnt going to learn you it, is it?

Can an apartment number say apt 112 be linked to a mobile telephone number. When you dial the intercom for apt 112 it calls the occupier therefore you wouldn't need the individual screen in the apts. Tks

I don't think we can add a VoIP SIP provider

I do wish they'd give us screw terminals instead of the loose wires
