I don't know why do you consider the satement bad? In the Moldovan constitution it literally says that the official language is Romanian not Moldovan. Also half of Moldova exists within Romania itself and we consider everyone romanian, Moldovans being a subgroup. Pro-Russians push the agenda of a Moldovan separate identity from Romania and that it has a different langauge when we can understand each other with no problem.

In Vovchansk, the fighting is much further away, and it starts in Lyptsi, and where is it on the map? There is no Ternova and zone connection, and it has already merged.
It looks like he's adding the grey zone as Russian occupation, proving he's pro-Russian.

Because they just caputured buffer zone. They have no chance to reach Kharkiv
The Russians have hit the first fortifications, and it also looks like the AFU has transferred troops to this direction
because eventually they will face ukrainian fortifications. Just as ukraine stopped at the surovikin line, russia will be stopping on ukrainain lines

2 Both are probably exaggerating each other's losses to a certsin extent
3 - You shouldn't fully trust any media about any losses.
