@@silentmajority8365 Exactly my point? Renters can't stop certain people from renting, but nobody can stop the neighborhood from moving out. White flight continues to set the standard. Which is happening in St. Louis. There's a few reasons why this city had riots.

The city had riots because those with the lowest IQs and recalcitrant behavior felt laws are optional based on color. Lawful people should not feel guilty for moving away. Diversity does not offset the crime and restrictions placed on the lawful EXAMPLE We are TSA searched because liberals want incompatible people entering. People that hold diametrically opposed ideas to American democracy. You are expecting us to stay in a high crime city to pay taxes to fund the crimes and failures of others. If they really are our equals, they do not need our help or our taxes.
