SURINAAMS BROODJE ZOUTVLEES. SRANAN BREDE SOWTOE METIE. BAGUETTE WITH SALTED BEEF.
INGREDIENTS:
¾ lbs salted beef
1 onion
1 large garlic clove
1 tomato
½ tsp tomato paste
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sugar
1 Baguette
Sweet and sour pickles
PREPARATION:
Cook the salted beef till soft and cut in small pieces.
Fry the onion, garlic, black pepper, tomato, tomato paste and sugar.
Add the salted beef and stir fry.
Cut and butter the baguette.
Fill with the beef and some sweet and sour pickles.
