Hello. Is the Timetable available in hardcopy? Is not Is there a book store where I can pick this up? If not available not to worry, I'll download the digital copy. There's just something about holding a cook book for me... 😆. Keep up the great work.

Yemmie, you're the sweetest host on TH-cam. This soup is not seafood as you've said, but Surf & Turf, we'd call it in USA. My favorite dish to cook for my kids 40 years ago!

The food processor makes it very easy to get the okra to your taste and I also love the Okra chopped in the big form! I make my Eba in the bowl and that kpomo was really chunky! The Eba was nicely wrapped and I also love! Very true Turkey is not a water element! The koala fish is nice and that Red snapper fish gives it an amazing taste in total! Chaii the Uziza and peppersoup spice gives it that twist! Yellow pepper Adds flavour and this soup is called all rounder Okra soup! It is now that the prawns have jumped in with the host of others! I love the consistency and the red pepper 🌶 was nice too! So yummy in totality 😋😋👍 thanks for sharing with us

I put my garri in the bowl and add water, filter the water and add a little bit more like I want to drink garri normal. But don't drink, I put it in the microwave and let it cook. It give that cook and starchy texture. for any type of garri. Even if the garri is not a starchy one. But that soup is everything though 😋😋

So cool cooking Ma'am and very good presentation aswell.
It irritates me that some people serve the fufu right inside the soup.
There should be a difference between how we serve dogs food and how humans are served.

Thanks for presenting African food in a very good way.
