Tailgating, Camping, Hiking, Homelessness, SHTF disaster emergency.. A good option for a safe sustainable fire for cooking and keeping warm.. Nice Upload!
Nice, super easy to set up, almost looks like that Trailblazer Portable Fire Hammock but with this you can cook on it and its also a bit bigger too. Like it!
Nice size grill. I like what they did with the grill. Makes adding wood easy like you said. What a sweet portable grill. That was some dry straw that went up fast. Pass down a chop
So if I'm hearing you correctly, sounds like you would rate this better than both the Solo Stove and the Biolite Firepit! Awesome to hear that because I already own this firepit and can stop wondering if I need to pick up the others! Ha! PS - anyone interested in picking one up - be sure to watch for their sales (one going on now!). Sales are often and frequently upwards of 30% off! Bonus!
I wish you showed it with the heat shield attached. We had trouble with that part. Idk exactly what the trouble was? Velcro placement dots were missing.
Hello I love that little grill but I looked in your description and there ain't a place to buy this grill can you please tell me where I can get one thanks btw love your videos awsome work

Iridium242 packs up as small as a camp chair and lots of room to cook. Win win.
Awesome video. Just bought one because of it!

Survival Mindset great for the kayak or a motorcycle.
Great product review! I appreciate the details you provide! Subscribed!
Been seeing this a lot in the last few weeks on YT. Might have to get one soon!
Great if you want to cook for several people at a time and have ultra portability.
Agreed... very cool... easy to assemble
See it in action on the fishing trip video now i see how easy it sets up, i think it would be great for disperse camping.
atb john
the mi woodsman perfect for that.

Great review! I'm going to get one of these
That could cook alot of food camping or just boil alot of water for mountain house cool!!
The Prince so much food and plenty is space for multiple pots or pans.
Question: How do you clean the steel mesh after use?
I just shake it out. Supposed you could use a brush or hose.
Great vid Ben thanks man! Nice chicken BTW
Eric Rosbottom you won’t catch me camping without wangs.

Sorry, I updated the link. amzn.to/376CehX
Yeah, this rocks 👍👍
Looks like a great product. I wondering if they need a dealer in Michigan :D
MI-TAC great company to work with. I can pass on the info.
@@livingsurvival I appreciate it! I shot them an email also.
Thanks for sharing, looks like a great option, atb 👍
I wonder if the grates would be strong enough to support large pots with water or liquid?
Any large pot will work.
The Pit itself is rated to 125 lbs of wood and the cooking grate will support 75 lbs of cookware.
How is it holding up? I see comments that holes develop in the mess screen. I also was looking at the solo
I’ve had it outdoors for several weeks at a time and haven’t gotten holes.
@@livingsurvival Thanks, I am also looking at the bonfire
Interesting mesh. Looks similar to biolite mesh. Would you trust on a wood deck?
Hector Escobar the frame doesn’t get hot and with the Mylar sheet it should be ok. I’d probably use a few pavers under it as well on a deck.
@@livingsurvival Good to know. Yep...I think some pavers would do the trick. Thanks for sharing....very interesting product for sure.
I've used it many times with the heat shield both on grass and on wood deck. No worries at all!
I just ordered the NRS fire pan.
E B nice, enjoy.
Does treated wood burn good in this 🤔
Steve Linbergbaby any wood will been good but why would you burn treated wood.
Treated wood gives off toxins when burned...don't do it!
It's a nice concept but dont see it holding up to the heat over long term use
Ray Heery I do, if it can handle the heat we threw at it I’m a believer. You can get replacement mesh screens if it were to wear out.
damn unavailable. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
