My home town. I arrived in Eagle at 11 months old in 1957. 500 people in the Eagle area then. I spent over half my life there. Now, while driving thru Eagle with my grandchildren, I often can use the phrase: “I remember when that was a field.”
Now, all the farmers are gone, including my Dad.

I really like the Eagle area you are showing. I live in Georgia and would really like to move out there. hoping prices start dropping soon, I keep reading about a 30 percent housing price crash in our future. I own a home currently so its not something I'm looking forward to really but in order for it to make since for me to move these housing prices have to come back down to the 250k range, and interest rates have to come down under 4 percent.
I have a really nice home I bought in 2020 for 225k brand new at a 2.9 percent interest rate so I'm trapped unless I want to double my mortgage payment to move. So hoping prices and interest rates come back down to reasonable levels so I can move =) Thanks for the videos.
