Very nice video. Obviously 10 Tai Chi instructors wil probably have 10 or more different ways of applying White Crane Spreads Wings. But I like the way you have considered and interpreted the movement in a practical manner.
My teacher makes fun of people who think that is two blocks and a kick. It's a head turning throw and you can block the knee to make the fall harder. You can't "block" fast punches. It is obvious you have never had correct instruction in taiji. Your videos are a disgrace to people who know what they are doing.
@@garyowen766 You mis-understand. the throw is not a "better answer," it is the application taught by the Yangs family who created Yangs taiji, as was taught to them in Chens taiji. You are making up application, and each posture and movement was created for a specificic technique or body movement.

I agree with you there - its best not to rely on bocking punches and the throw is a better answer
