That's great advice, You're a good man! I can't tell you how many companies I've worked for that didn't have their customer's our their trees best interest at heart. Giving people their money's worth is gratifying for me and good for business here in Texas.
Nice video mate some good points for people thinking about going alone another good way is self employed working for everyone gaining experience but gradually building up your own work when ready then your half way there with regards to paper work side of things and getting on with the competition.
Totally true private life gets a real hit when building a business, i feel i have created a good stump grinding company, and now decided to start a tree surgery business focused on low noise and low emissions. It's indeed a real joy to create something you can feel proud of that supply your dear ones with a good living. Thanks for such a good video

Nope you are not to old climb I am 45 with 2 years experience if your body is still strong you can do it.I feel like I can climb for 10 more years
