The great moment of life was last year when I visited the great MCG and i aws really happy but when the guide old lady informed me that Dennis is now a days can't even move because of the acute joints arthritis my whole joy was gone and i felt a pain in my heart believe me he was always an aggressive and to some extent an abusive ki d of person during his presence in the ground but yet his energy his enthusiasm his style was a treat to watch
Not unsual, rhythmic. Swing, seam, pace. Lillee was super strong & stamina to bowl long periods that others couldn't. Perfect action for bowlers to copy. Still the greatest of them all.

Bit hard to play in India when they never toured there. In 1969 he wasn't playing, in 78 he was playing world series cricket and in 1986 he had retired. Yes he struggled in Pakistan but his record speaks for itself.

No Adil he was much faster in 1972 before he broke his back. After that he could still produce the occasional quick one but relied more on the many variations he possessed. Watch Lillee v World X1 1971/'72.
