Become more Balanced, Stable and Faster in Squash!!

What's up guys!! The tip I share with you today is one that has benefited my game greatly. It is all about staying in your shot and trying to come out of your shot onto your planted back leg. This makes your movement a lot more efficient and will help you to stay stable and balanced.

nice one!. the way i coach movement or exiting from the rear corners is if you plant on the right foot for back left you exit or push off the "trail" or opposite foot back towards the T. this is the quickest most efficient way
