I like to share my experience. I used to write my goals last year as if they have already happened. for example, last year I didn't have a car and I wrote on my notebook: " today I have bought a beautiful blue car" with lots of details. This year the very same thing happened.
I first learned about writing down my goals from Tony Robbins. I have a college ruled notebook that I write them in, carry with me everywhere, and review daily. I know one day I’m going to accomplish them all. I highly recommend to anyone reading this that you do the same. Write them down and review them everyday. You can accomplish anything you want. She is absolutely correct when I was in a shelter and the counselor had us write down our short term and long term goals and dreams I didn’t know the principal she was teaching us even when it looked impossible and difficult I have very much everything on that paper today

Except negative thoughts, experiences or emotions. Doing so just brings more of those negative things in your life. Only write down and record the positive and always in the present tense. Just a bit of info I've learned along the way.

I am writing my Top 10 Goals before Bedtime. Is it as efficient as Morning .
My recommendation is that you do both. Write out your goal in the morning as soon as you get up and evening right before you go to bed.

Present Tense
Continue to write out your goal daily until you see what you want in your current reality. Always write your goal from a place of already having it.
