Last Sunday in Sunday School the teacher asked how we let our light shine. A few people answered with lofty things like coming to church, and volunteering in the community. I raised my hand and said I wash laundry, wash dishes and pay the bills. The teacher said, "No one likes to do those things, what do you do to let your light shine?" Two women together said, "She does it with a positive attitude." Somehow this week fixing meals, doing laundry, spiffying the kitchen, being snowed in has been more fun than it has been in the past, by simply being mindful that doing those everyday things is letting my light shine. My light shining is reflecting divine love. Thank you Mary for the reminder.

This is an extraordinary message Mary...if we all came to this universal realisation that we are all a part of the whole to shine light in the darkness. Today has been not so easy day for me as I am going through a lot of growth that stopped some twenty years ago. I am very grateful that the Universe allowed me to listen to this message.

Ho! Mary you got me crying! Lol. I am Not totaly sur if it was a happy cry, or a sad one. lol Both in one i guess. Life is full of surprises, complexity fortunately anought naturaly and perspectives, yes. Apparently there is 4 times mores cortisol producing these day's for women's...wish i can also play in changing that base, more then stick with how to manage it as i am also trained to do. I would focus on gratitude. When you really think about your life, what can you be happy and grateful for? Even small small things can bring the light of awareness to a situation that changes our perspective, and then our life!
