Rex creates so much space and groove, he really understood how to support the rest of the band... as for Vinnie the guy was a beast! He sounds like he literally attacks the kit with explosive fills and machine gun groove... Pantera where exceptional.
Love the bass lines Rex created to fill up the space left behind the guitar solos. Great taste to keep the role of the bass guitar in its place without being cocky.
dont know for this one, but if the guitar is mixed hard left and/or right and bass/drums are in the center, you can filter them out easily... but usually the vocals are center too so that confuses me
I Found the isolated instrument tracks for the entire Vulgar album and some from the great southern trendkill, through a youtube vid. This one specifically: th-cam.com/video/8AStXvy0btI/w-d-xo.html There are probably ways to obtain through the guitar hero games too I'd imagine. Also there's a channel called "Digital Split", they have uploaded a bunch of Pantera stems. th-cam.com/channels/EsDszgMi-LZBRKgKUeS6vg.html
@@PanteraFan293 in this track, for example, i can still hear really rich stereo reverb on snare drum, et cetera, is it really possible to maintain with such clarity after removing other instruments? No way, but someone had access for pure gold I say.

The guitar solo part is absolutely brilliant
Agreeeed.
Agree
couldnt be better
Parts like that are what separates Pantera from every other band
I can hear dime's riff on my head
That lady's and gentlemen is a bad ass rhythm section!
Who's the lady, Rex or Vince?
This freakin bass tone is just honey with the perfect amount of spices for my ears.
I think his Far Beyond tone is a little better. A lot more mids and a bit of gain with it too
@@Farewelltokingz TGST has best tone.

Sound so good, especially in combination with Vinnie absolutely killing that ride cymbal
I really respected Vinnie when I watched someone cover this song on drums. I never noticed how tribal and unique the drumming pattern was.
Am I the only one that thinks Vinny's Snare is amazing! I mean it's all so beastly, but my god, I love the sound of his snare. \m/ \m/
Kinda reminds me of the snare Dream Theater used in 1995's A Change of Seasons, that was a thing of beauty!
I came purely for 1:45, and I wasn't disappointed
Listening on good earbuds and can't get over the production quality. So warm and full, yet raw and pounding.
These guys are the GOAT… period…
What a fucking glorious rhythm section they were, absolutely laying that shit down.
Rex Brown's bass parts are all works of art. Just beautiful playing and performances. And that tone...
Sounds dope
Достаточно хорошо звучит❤🤘🎸🥁💞⚡🔥🤟😍😏💕
Vinnie' was insane there ans stil influnce now in metal, amasing drummer
PANTERA LIVES 👏🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
R.I.P. DIME VINNIE
So locked in!! 🔐
Damn they should've just started it off like this the first 30 seconds then brought in the guitars when all the heavy crunching started 🤟
They were all so great. As unique as the Abbott brother were, band wouldn’t of sounded the same without Rex.
Qué gran banda eran, todos con un Gran talento 🤟
Rex and Vince were so damn tight cause they've played together since high school.
This was absolutely great!
That tone
Getcha pull
Alucinante esto, rex brown deberia estar entre los mejores bajistas esta algo infravalorado
This so amazing totally epic 👏
That intro bit is fun lol
Amazing, everything🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽
This is Awesome
Brilliant band
Y tocar todo esto con El bajo colgado en las rodillas tiene mucho más mérito aún!
Great info to a pod cast
Pogg
Sick.
, F YEAH
🤘
Th only one I can compare with Rex for bass riffs under the guitar solos is Geezer Butler they never stoke to a simple riff under the solo
How this is even possible? Who Where How When
mejor imposible... ese Spector en manos de Rex
Not a Spector on the recording, charvel bass also used on CFH
@@Farewelltokingzyup Charvel 850xl
How was this obtained?

some songs are in guitar hero so you can get the individual tracks from there in some way

❤❤❤
You can hear the gate close on the snare, or its the compression not sure.
Bomb!@@@@@
Could you make one for mouth for war?
