I can completely understand wanting to be cautious with who you collaborate with on videos. I'm not going to name anyone, but some of the creators that occasionally work together seem like they all want to control the videos and you can tell in the videos when they are hitting heads on something. I thought about making a nooby series of first time ever playing farm SIM and posting it, but I stated playing before figuring out how to screen record.
Love the Riverbend and Bakersman play throughs. This type of play through was also enjoyable. FS25 is my first farming sim so all new to me but loving it. Seen a Role Play you did on FS22 so would love something like that on FS25. Currently building my own Cattle Ranch on FS25 so would also love to see how you would do it so I can take inspiration. Love the content keep it coming SWU. 🎉
The $36k mini dairy takes forever to produce 1 pallet of mozzarella. Better of going straight to a regular dairy. Wood chips can make a lot of money quickly, but their peak is January. So far enjoying Riverbend and bakers man.
Awesome! So the winch is ideal for none processable trees. With the trailer and front loader, you are able to get much more lumber that way when working with the pine type trees.
It's a nice map! As I mentioned I would have made a few different decisions with the map but I’m super excited to get back to this playthrough in a few weeks.
I'm disappointed that Baker's Man isn't doing well. I loved the premise of it, but it seemed to be a little all over the place in implementation unfortunately. I found your channel towards the end of FS22 and watched all of the Whiskey River series and loved it - that's what got my sub here. Farming Sim honestly aggravates me to play. I tried it via GamePass last month, and it's just too slow to play, but I can't stop watching it for some reason. Maybe haven't someone like you do all the hard work and cut out most of it and just leaving in the fun parts makes it more fun for me/the audience? 🤣🤣
Yep. Bakerman is all my fault. I regret a few decisions I’ve made since the launch of fs25 and I’m trying to correct those right now. I’m rushing too much and not focusing on delivering great content 🤷♂️
This challenge is looking good. That sub soiler was for a tractor with 150hp. The Baker's Man and Riverbend Springs are great series, so don't drop either of them. If you are planning on doing another series or challenge I would love to see the Coffee Empire come back
Great to see your playthrough on this map SWU! But if you didn't already know when grass doesn't have a yield difference between harvest states. Cut when it says ready to harvest lol 😂 Just got to when commented on cutting when it's ready lol 😅
If you us the paint texture tool you can paint along the edge of the land boundary. Use the coordinates to line up 90° angles and paint a thin green line, then you'll have your boundary. 👍🏼
For the silage additive, there's a line of code missing that breaks it. A creator called Syrup has a video in his rags to riches playthrough where he mentions he was able to fix the code. Edit: I checked and it was episode 17 where he explains it.
Those log forks are suppose to work like a form lift. If the game will allow you to, you should be able to slide the forks under a log and then close the grapple to hold on to it. If it will work the way that it does in reality, you should be able to pick up multiple pieces at once as long as they are lined up side by side.
Sounds like there needs to be an email to giants about that. I haven't used any of the logging equipment yet so I wouldn't really know how to describe the in-game use, just the real life use
I’m shocked it’s still an issue. It’s like the ground needs to give way and not have as strict of a collision but that might cause other issues. Without the items auto locking onto the pallet. I’m not sure how you would code this to pull it off cleanly.
I'm not a coder, but the two ways I can think of, one is similar to what you said, the log grapple forks should cause ground deformation to allow the forks to slide under. I can't imagine it would be too difficult, make the forks exert pressure on the ground like tires. The other way would be to make de-limbed trees act like pallets with a wide sweet spot near the center of gravity or easier the center of length.
I would say forget the sawmill. And buy a wood chipper. Massive money there. Then plant logpoles. And cut them chip them and you will have you $5m in no time.
Come on man your tractor is like 100hp, its not fair to trash someone's mod because your tiny tractor can't pull a giant sub soiler. I get the frustration with the limited choices but you should know by now the limits of small tractors. Sub soilers, plows and discs are ALWAYS beefy.
For all of you who dont have the game... YOU HAVE NO IDEA the amout of hours invested on this video looool i hate working with the wood man it gets on my nerves after a while but great video!!!! Editing my comment as i see the video the mowing machine killed me 😂😂😂! I just got to the part where you said riverbend and bakersman gonna end 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I found your channel a couple of weeks ago and I'm loving the content! I have a question. Are you using any software that allows you to use different mods on different saves? I had one for FS22 but cant seems to find one for FS25. Keep up the good work and I'm always looking for the next video.

Oh that’s the plan for sure. I’m not a fan of the minis other than the sawmill 🤷♂️

That’s how and when I started using it in the second half. I just edited a ton of that out!
Soooo glad your doing this map. Been waiting for it. This is such a SWU map. So far so good, intrigued to see where you take it.👍👍👍

Coffee Empire was fun. Will be watching for production mods to drop!
Wonderful challenge, Wonderful map, Wonderful youtuber. Good luck!
Thanks for the encouragement!

It feels like a bug for sure. I doubt they intended it that way. Now is it full yield early or are we getting ripped off and not getting full yield?
Loved the set up honestly forced me to stay and see the game without the RP part for a bit. Keep It UP CHRIS!!!!
Thanks Dylan. I’m gonna get into some RP style stuff soon. Honestly waited a little too long imo.
By the way love the new music disc and visual, it was a long wait but completely worth it.
I love the bakers man series so i hope you keep that one going.
@@jessyhanson6289 it’s on pause right now. I needed to mix it up a bit.
@FarmingSimSWU definitely understand. I enjoy this type of video typically more than others so I'll be here for all of these

Not a bad idea. Thanks.
This is what I missed these longer episodes are what I missed
More to come! But they take time.
@@FarmingSimSWU good content is worth the wait
This was a great time watching thank you for the amazing content
Glad you enjoyed it!

Crazy. Thanks I’ll check this out. As a software developer I believe it but it still hurts my soul.
There is a roller/welder in the grass land care category that can plant grass seed for $17,500
Dang. I need to look that up.
Lumberjack allows you to cut trees anywhere ☺

If it will work the way that it does in reality, you should be able to pick up multiple pieces at once as long as they are lined up side by side.
Yeah but that has never worked in FS. You can't get the bottom forks under the logs, it just pushes them around.
Sounds like there needs to be an email to giants about that.
I haven't used any of the logging equipment yet so I wouldn't really know how to describe the in-game use, just the real life use

@@FarmingSimSWUThey just need to give the log grapple straps honestly they seem somehow worse in fs 25 than in 22

FYI the orange set of mowers don’t do swaths and the green set does that’s why there more expensive
You should have done a roller theres one that can roll and seed grass and rolling fertilizes grass
Please keep the Riverbend springs series!! I love this style of video as well tho 😅
6m has the best selling price. Proven by multiple people.
There is the forestry version of this map to, but maybe to easy :) ?
I didn’t like how it was setup
I would say forget the sawmill. And buy a wood chipper. Massive money there. Then plant logpoles. And cut them chip them and you will have you $5m in no time.
I was hinting about that. Gonna be exactly how we start year 2!
@FarmingSimSWU awesome 👌🏻 👏 👍

Great video sir
Appreciate it!
So what is the rules to this challenge start with 1 plot 1 small tractor front end loader and an implement?
Pretty much!
Might try this one
Couldn't the tiny tractor be used for the 1st subsoiler
What doez SWU stand for exactly. Great video btw.
Today is the 3rd
I got it done way earlier than I originally planned.
Sounds like you also got the flu
No. I just have some sinus issues going on. 🤞
@FarmingSimSWU the same from like early December? Have you seen an ENT or allergist?
