Once I confused Reinier's face with a panty, I cannot un-see that ever since. I think the most annoying units are also Valen and the other one that jumps from grave to grave, yeah.
The only thing i don't like about this game is the power spike at mythic+ when characters unlock their ex weapons. Like seriously... Odie, Eironn, Thoran(and many more) get super good at mythic+ but below that... they're not as good
It's very similiar to afk arena. Some heroes there become op once they unlock their sig weapon

I normally have Thoran soul pack with Rowan to help keep Rowan on the field longer.... I have Reinier but onyl at Legendary so not sure if i should swap someone for him
