Real good work restoring a sten you filled with mud
Nah ..this one is the real deal. There's a lot of pitting in that gun. You won't find that in an artificially rusted metal. The only glitch is, it turned into a different gun 😂 form a sten to an MP40 and to a Thompson SMG 😂😂😂
As a world war 2 re-enactor seeing this get restored is amazing, now I just wish I had my own to re-enact with!! Great content 👍

3d print you one and then sand and paint it and weather it with a airbrush will look good and can fire blanks as well
@@youknoweverything7643 I'm not sure on the legality of that, also the 9mm blanks we usually fire would probably blast the thing apart, I'd much rather have my own proper Sten made of metal, safety checked for peace of mind when we battle, I don't want to blast someone for real!

If you think that I’m sorry. The gun switched 3 times, that final weapon is a ppsh-41 not a mk2 sten. He used multiple different video clips of different weapons and spliced it into one. Wanna know why? That sten was in restorable😂 you can’t restore everything and this video shows that.

Theoretically if you lock the mag well in place but with a magazine pointing in the air you could have a sten with the magazine umm sticking in the air but I doubt it would work

@@mihneababanu4224 that’s the point to see if it can take the load. I do it on my channel. If they blow up they blow up its on video. You use a vise and a string and stand behind something.

I can't tell if this is real or fake. my brain wants to say it's real because you can't find a gun from the 1930's anymore in the 2020's, but the other half wants to say it's fake because of how many fake restoration videos there are. Either way, still satisfying to watch.

The Sten “restoration” was finished at the 8:40 mark. The PPSh-41 was a separate restoration that got tacked on for some reason, along with an MP 40.
