So grateful you enjoy them! The hotel in Madrid was the Artiem Madrid, we loved it!! It was near the airport and also in a neighborhood rather than the city center.
I’m heading out in about a week and a half to do my 1st Camino Frances. I’m taking the train to Pamplona and hope to be able to get a taxi to St Jean Pied de Port. Did you have to make a reservation for your taxi? I’m hoping to meet somebody on the train that wants to share a taxi because I hear it’s over $100 if there’s only one person in the car.
There are plenty of taxis waiting outside, at least there was at the airport since we flew into Pamplona. No reservation was necessary. Have a wonderful Camino!!
Thank you so much for following along!! Do you have a Camino planned? Our packs started off weighing about 20-25 lbs each which was WAY too much, so about 2 weeks or so in, we started using an extra bag to move things forward like our toiletries, extra clothes, etc. So at that point, our packs probably weighed 10-15 lbs which felt much more manageable.
We loved it, it was a bit on the outskirts of town but only a short walking distance from the town center and the pilgrim's office. Wonderful breakfast as well. Buen Camino!! 🚶♀️🚶✌️
Great video! Look forward to watching all! Buen Camino.
Thank you so much! Buen Camino!! 🚶♀️🚶

The movie reenactment 😂
there's more to come 😂🤣
Looking forward to reliving my camino and yours
Why does everyone use Osprey? There are so many lighter more comfortable packs like ULA.
What was this hotel you stayed in? I didn’t catch the name if you mentioned it. Great playlist of Camino I watching them all on binge
