Shave your cloth pads? Yep that's a thing!

Everyone that uses cloth pads knows how "pilly" the fleece backed ones can get. You can shave the pills off if they bother you. Pills don't affect function of the pad at all, it's just a visual issue. Any razor can shave them off. Be careful to not cut into the pad, just removing the pills.
