H-Style Menstruation Pads (Video 1 of 3)

How to hand sew the PAD portion of an H-Style menstruation pad.
Supplies:
Fleece for moisture barrier
Towel for absorbent layer
Tshirt knit or flannel for wicking layer (next to the skin)
Nylon sewing thread (if this is unavailable try to find buttonhole thread or a heavier thread so it will stand up to repeated usage)
Large-eye needle
Scissors
Ruler
Pins
Pen
Measurements:
Pad is 21-23cm x 5-8cm (depending on the person and coverage requirements)
