How to sew a cloth pad step by step

This is a tutorial for a Turned and Topstitched (or T&T) style cloth pad.
It is essentially sewn inside out the flipped at the end.

How do your pads work for incontinence ?

Cloth pads are great for incontinence. Liners for little sneeze pees, then moderate for more loss, and heavy for heavy bladder loss. Look for quick wicking toppers like pique, AWJ or velour and a PUL back for extra wetness protection.
