Oh that machine is awesome, and I Love the color of it to. And oh my Goodness I absolutely Love the Cheetah, and blue jean cross cup that is so Beautiful they both turned out Beautiful, but that one is my favorite. And before you said anything I noticed that you changed shirts lol, and I Love them both you did a Awesome job on those also! Looks good i was look at this timbler press Bec i dont wont to bother with the attachments on my jeat press and im ready to get rid of my convection oven also
Do not heat up your press without something in it...wrap a regular tumbler up and place it in the press until it heats up..says right on directions not to heat up empty
What do you wrap it in? I just got my machine and was wondering that too. Do I just put a blank tumbler in it or wrap it with what?

Thank you for this. I just got this machine for my birthday. I've never sublimated before. The machine says not to heat it up without a cup in it yet I see hardly no one do that.....that doesn't mess up the machine or cause it to bubble? If you do use one do you just use an extra one you have laying around? I'm so confused by that.

I have seen people press just the ends again to avoid ghosting at the top and bottom. They just pull it out so that only the bottom half or top half are in the press. Just a thought. I am by far no expert at all. I do love the press as it is just the right size. Thank you for posting.
Yes! I actually saw someone do that on tiktok and so I started doing it... It really seems to help fix the issue. 🥰
I have the same press your appears to lock. Mine doesn't. Is there an adjustment do you know?
I would use butcher paper. Also heat it up with a blank cup in it.
I am new to Sublimation so I just ordered this and hope it works as good for me! I saw videos where they let the cup cool before taking the paper off
Thank you for the great video. I have the exact same press and was looking for videos on how to use it. I do have a question though for you. In the video you mention using parchment paper to protect your press but in the comments you indicated you used butcher paper. So I'm wondering which one you are actually now using. Hello!!! I meant that I was using butcher paper. 🤦🏼♀️ I guess I mixed up my words. Lol. As I've used this press more and more, I actually discovered that I prefer not to use any butcher paper at all. I get the best press just using the sublimation paper by itself.
If you don’t use butcher paper have you had problems with ink getting on your unit?

Just purchased this same model. Presses great! Issue is that the timer isn’t working. I followed the steps in the manual. Any help on what I’m doing wrong?

I got the same one & was so excited to use it! I got it all ready and while it was heating up smoke was coming out and I got nervous and tuned it off.. is that suppose to happen?
Mine smoked the first couple of times I used it. Just keep an eye on it but it should be just fine.
I was wondering if it would make a difference to wait till tumbler has cooled down or is it better to do while hot?
So... The paper I was using I'd had for years. I bought new paper (same brand) and it doesn't stick at all. I think my paper was just old. I've always seen people remove it while hot, I've never waited for it to cool completely.
If paper sticks, take it off right when it comes out.longer u wait, the more it will stick
Yes, I was pulling it off right away and it was still sticking. I actually bought a new thing of paper, same brand, and I don't have any sticking issues with it anymore. I think my paper was just old and that's what was causing the problem. Thank you!
When taping it to the mug, is it a special kind of tape?
It's just painters tape that I used 😊
It says no heating up with out mug. Tumbler heating different?
No, I let it heat up without a Tumbler or anything in it and then I immediately press once it reaches the desired temperature. I don't let it sit for an extended amount of time while on though. If I'm not going to immediately use it, I turn it off.

Use a teflon sheet, not paper....
To much pressure can fade your ink, it’s all trial and error
Yes, I think I've got my process down now. My tumblers usually come out perfect now with this press, it was just radial and error until I got it right. 🥰
Your not suppose to heat it up with out a mug in it
I think you have ghosting cause the way your tapping the top
looks too much like it came off the assembly line .....there is no personality or human touch to it .I will stick to dropping ink , spray cans , and hydro dips
Oh I completely agree but it's definitely nice to be able to quick press a sublimation tumbler... Some people really like them but yes custom tumblers are definitely the best ❤️
