He then became frustrated and as Teddy was walking AWAY at some distance, he fired 2 shots at him! The dog was not aggressive at anytime, just trying to continue on his walk in peace. This POLICE OFFICER, MYRON WOODSON, IS LAZY, CARELESS, CRUEL, RUDE TO CIVILIANS, AND SHOULD BE NAMED in every news report. The police department is liable!

In most scenarios people will just stay away from the dog. If he didn't have the gun, he might do the same thing.
