Hello! Thanks for this awesome video. I have seen a few videos online that talk about how RA is changing for the worse, more tourists, lots of liveaboards and reduced marine life. What month did you go in as there doesnt seem to be many boats in the video. What are your thoughts on how many people were there?
Hi there, on one hand Raja was always famous in dive-communities but I also think that in recent years the attention increased and so did the boats and people that visit. But I also think that its not too bad yet and the dive sites didnt feel over-run. We were there in February which was a great balance between Manta-Season and good weather conditions!
@@markwalker8374 yess and thats definitely something I want to focus more time on for my next visit! We spend one morning waiting for the birds of paradise but were unlucky. And absolutely, the local culture is very fascinating!
