I'm definitely getting this! But for for my Jeep Jk, would I think I would need the swing and ramble rack correct? Given the rack would interfere with the stock tailgate. Additionally, any locking features?
Hey Jonny, Yes, the bike rack will have some interference with the Jeep's tailgate. So ideally, you'd use the UltraSwing and the RambleRack. Note: You'd need to relocate your spare from the back of the tailgate to the UltraSwing. Yes, two locking features: One is the large anchor point on each RambleRack tray for a cable or padded chain, the other is a hitch couple lock that can be inserted into the RambleRack's handle. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks! Yes, there are several provisions for locking. There's a large anchor point on the base of each tray for a thick cable or chain to provide a REAL lock (not a super thin cable like some options out there). Additionally, there's a hole on the ratcheting handle to put a trailer hitch coupler lock which locks the lever from being compressed. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
These are subject to slight tweaks, but as of now, the RambleRack for the UltraSwing is 46lbs, each add-on is 36lbs. Price for a 2-bike should be $1700 +tax
ive been looking for something like this because i drive a GX460 with a barn door. you mentioned that it is meant for your set up with the tire carrier. i dont plan on carrying a spare mounted to the back, so what impact would that have if i wasn’t trying to carry a spare tire?
Thanks for the questions, it sounds like the RambleSwing may be the better option for you if your primary objective is just to have the bikes swing out of the way: www.rigdsupply.com/products/rambleswing-bike-rack-swing-out if you'd still like to utilize other accessories like our camp table, the UltraSwing can be used with out the spare tire mount and in its place you can mount a Rotopax or cargo box.
Cant wait to get my ultra swing. Now i got to save up for this ahah. Love your stuff, keep it up.
Thanks Nathan! Very much appreciated

Awesome rack. Are you planning on incorporating any locking provisions for the bikes?

Will it fit a Super73 on the single?
Yes it will! We've got quite a few RambleRacks rolling around with Super73's
