Such a powerful movie. Powerful themes, powerful visuals, powerful sounds, powerful performances. What fun to relive it through your eyes❗
I think Furiosa handed Max the hand file to cut off the lock on his face mask as a way to keep him disadvantaged until she learned to trust him. The girls had the bolt cutters when they caught up to the War Rig and they could have snapped the lock in a matter of seconds, while - REALISTICALLY - it would have taken Max about a solid WEEK of work to chisel through the hardened lock bolt.
And the elderly Vuvalini were occasionally referred to by fans as 'grammazons.'
The Road Warrior was like Punk Rock but yes, this one is like Metal.
There is a Mad Max video game that ties into this movie, and it has the explosive weapons used, called "Thunderpoons", guess like harpoons with explosives
After seeing Furiosa, it's a trip to watch this now after getting so much of her backstory.
I watched this movie in the theatre and many times on DVD and in reaction videos and only now, the description "Kinetic" popped into my name as being perfect.
Still couldn’t believe how great this film was back in 2015, even had Oscar nominations.
In fact, it won 6 Oscars. It was the most awarded movie of the night.
Believe it was nominated for 10 but won 6? I could be mistaken though

this is my favorite scene in this movie.
This whole movie is a vibe. The world feels so gritty and real, despite how off the walls bonkers it is. And the visuals, phenomenal!

(At 12:55) also on the set these two actors don't get along. One reason is mainly Tom Hardy's fault for arriving late, pissing her off.

This movie was a Huge win for the action genre. As a fan of action genre, this movie blew me away and this is the one best movie going experiences that I ever have.

Most of this film was shot in the Namibian desert in South Africa not Australia. Great film.
Fury Road was not filmed in Australia (other than 1-2 pick up shots).

Loved your reaction as always. You should watch society of the snow. It's a great movie and I would love to hear what you have to say about that one. If you do watch it I recommend the original language with subtitles, the acting was amazing

Not sure why, but this was not a fun watch.
This movie was definitely insane awesome and definitely worth watching. There were pretty much 3 movies everyone was hyped to see in theaters in 2015. Age of Ultron, The Force Awakens and this. In fact George Miller made this movie so awesome and action packed, the film was even nominated for Best Picture. What’s there not to love?

I grew up with the original trilogy and had no desire to see this one when it came out. I will not make that same mistake again with Furiosa. This might be the best action movie ever.👍

actually I watched mad max 1 & 2 2weeks ago I hated 1 it was boring 2 wasn't great but I actually it was good bcz of work done in that time with lack of many technology but still it wasn't that great what's good is just to know the orgin even I didn't understand how 1 shifted to 2. And now furiosa😂 my god it just did have a good technology it's no better than mad max 2 people comparing it to fury road have problem it can compete with road warior

and so... Immortal Joe is a leader and an intelligent man who has successfully managed a citadel full of water, food, equipment, weapons and, most importantly, relatively healthy people. And so Furiosa, along with weak-willed, spoiled and weak-willed girls, decided to go to the desert, hoping, probably, to find a five-star hotel or a working shelter from the Fallout.
When it SUDDENLY became clear that there was no water or food in the desert, they decided to return, kill Joe, capture his citadel... BUT for some reason, the villain here is a man who is reviving civilization. (English is not my language, I'm sorry.)
